校外学习中心作为现代远程教育的“终端”，其地位和作用越来越重要，远程教育学生学习的效果如何，很大程度上取决于校外学习中心的支持服务质量。因此，对校外学习中心办学过程中的各个环节进行科学评价，以促进其健康可持续发展，显得尤为必要。本研究就是遵循教育评价的“构建”思想，采用文件依据法、文献法、专家意见法等方法，形成的对现代远程教育校外学习中心评价的指标体系。

As the “terminal”of modern distance education,the off﹣campus learning centers play a more and more important part both in status and role.The learning efficiency of students,who receive the distance education,to a great extent depends on support service quality of the off﹣cam﹣pus learning center.Therefore,it is of vital importance to carry out scientific evaluation on each link and aspect of the off﹣campus learning center in the school﹣running process so as to promote healthy sustainable development.The research is to form an evaluation ...
