教师教育类教师承担着我国教师教育特殊而重要的任务,是高校实施教师教育类课程教学与实践的核心力量,建设一支高水平、高素质的教师教育类教师队伍是我国教师教育发展的必然要求。本研究基于2015年40所高校教师教育类教师队伍建设的现场调研,相关研究人员运用问卷调查和访谈调查相结合的方法 ,综合分析了我国教师教育类教师队伍建设现状及存在的问题。依据调查结果,从强化政策支持、创新管理模式、引导专业发展三个方面提出了加强教师教育类教师队伍建设的对策建议。

Teacher educators, who take on the important and special task of teacher education in our country, are the core for implementation of teacher education curriculum and instruction.It is necessary to construct a high-level, high-qual ity teacher educator team for development of higher education.
