教师是教育教学改革的主角和关键人物,要想培养学生核心素养,提升教育质量,需要关注教师学习力的发展。教师学习力是一个能量概念,体现了教师的职业之爱,对教师发展具有推动作用。它由基础要素、核心要素和高级要素构成,涉及到教师学习的基础力、转换力、合作力和创新能力等方面。为了促进教师发展,需要"以自主学习为主要形式""以实践活动与合作交往为支架""以问题为导向"等路径来培育教师学习力。
