Current Situation and Consideration of Teachers Professional Development Based on Self-directed Learning--A Case Study of Pingdingshans Primary School Teachers

教师专业化的发展是一个持续的过程,然而传统单一的教师培训形式在终身学习的社会并不能完全满足教师的学习需求,因此,自我导向学习逐渐成为教师专业化发展的主要形式。本研究通过问卷调查和访谈等形式研究了河南省平顶山市多所小学教师自我导向学习的现状及对专业发展的影响,找出影响小学教师进行自我导向学习的因素。研究发现,小学教师自我导向学习能力中等偏上,且自我导向学习对教师专业化发展有很大作用。根据调查结果提出了进一步促进教师自我导向学习的策略:教师应树立自我导向学习的观念和意识,培养自我导向学习的能力;学校及相关教育部门应为教师的自我导向学习提供丰富的资源、营造良好...
