Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit: Practical Response to Vocational Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

在技术快速跃迁的人工智能时代,职业市场正在面临“职业替代”风险甚至“无用阶级”危机。对此,以“思”为生的“工匠精神”坚定回应了“机器换人”的挑战。作为古已有之的工匠精神,其价值意蕴在当代有了新的内涵,回归价值理性的本质特征、勇于创新的突出特质和精益求精的具体表现。与社会经济发展密切联系的职业教育对就业市场的巨变应快速作出回应,重视工匠精神的培养。为此,首先应反思当前无限扩张的工具理性,回归以人为本的价值理性;其次要加强师德师风建设,锤炼师德品质,提高教师的专业素养和育人能力;最后要转变育人方式,建构以校企合作为依托的实践基地和现代学徒制,注重实践育人。

In the era of artificial intelligence with rapid technological transition,the occupational market continues to face the risk of"occupation substitution"and even the crisis of"useless class".In this regard,the"craftsman spirit"that lives on"thinking"firmly responds to the challenge of"machine substitution".As an ancient craftsman's spirit,its value connotation has a new connotation in the contemporary era,returning to the essential characteristics of value rationality,the outstanding characteristics of courage to innovate and the specific performance of excellence.Vocational education,which is ...
