The Cultivation of"Double-Qualified"Teachers in Vocational Education:Research Trends,Thematic Perspectives and Prospects

“双师型”教师培养是促进职业教育教师发展的核心。以知网数据库2000—2022年主题为“双师型”教师培养的文献为样本，运用Citespace, SPSS,BICOMB等软件分析“双师型”教师培养研究现状。研究发现：“双师型”教师培养研究经历了缓慢发展—稳步发展—快速发展三个时期，可分为四个研究主题：基于***发展的“双师型”教师培养；基于校企合作的“双师型”教师培养；基于多元评定的“双师型”教师培养；基于实践导向的“双师型”教师培养。未来“双师型”教师培养研究应进一步探索***“双师型”教师培养研究，突出多主体培养研究并强调研究的实践导向。
