高职教师的专业发展是高职教育实现高质量发展的关键因素。该研究采用质性研究方法，使用NVivo 12 Plus软件对43篇高职教师专业发展相关文献从基本概念、现存问题、应对策略3个方面进行分析，了解目前高职院校教师专业发展的研究状况，同时，针对性提出合理化建议，以期对高职教师专业发展的研究有所助益。
