职业启蒙教育是建设现代职业教育体系的重要内容，也是实现普职融通的途径。文章针对职业启蒙教育利益相关者在利益诉求缺乏沟通、共建模式模糊和低效、政策环境协同不足等方面的“疏离”困境，基于共生理论，提出职业启蒙教育利益相关者博弈治理的“共生”路径：协调共生单元的利益诉求，实现利益耦合；优化利益相关者共生模式，提升合作动力；完善共生系统的政策环境，推动共生发展。通过各利益相关者相互配合、形成合力，促进职业启蒙教育的有效开展。
