教育家精神是我国当代高质量教师队伍建设的理想图谱和最新要求.在新时代大力弘扬教育家精神需要综述已有相关研究,阐明教育家精神研究现状与已有成果,为推动教育家精神理论层面深入研究和实践层面大力弘扬提供基础与可能.立足当下,应秉持古今结合发展理念,推动教育家精神有机融入现有教师教育培养素养、培养平台和评价体系,指导教师教育实践活动,服务教师队伍质量提高.展望未来,跳出教师教育看教育家精神培养,以助力中国教育学话语体系构建,践行内涵式"引进来"和高质量"走出去",夯实教育强国事业人才基础,推动教育家精神的弘扬与发展,为培养高质量教师队伍和建设教育强国提供有力支撑.
