Inverse spinel structure Zn2SnO4 was successfully synthesized by a simple hydrothermal process using NaOH as an alkaline mineralizer. The hydrothermal conditions, such as alkaline concentration and synthesis temperature, have an important influence on the structure and performance of the product.
