近期《家庭教育促进法》出台，从法律层面明确了家庭教育的主体责任，推动了“家庭责任”“国家支持”与“社会协同”一体化教育格局的构建。这将有效解决我国特殊教育一直以来面临的系列工作难题，特殊教育有必要抓住发展新机遇，拓展学段服务，建设资源中心，加强师资队伍建设，推进融合教育，实现特殊教育现代化，推动中国特殊教育事业蓬勃发展。
