新冠肺炎疫情期间,针对武汉人、湖北人的群际歧视现象受到社会关注.疫情时期的群际歧视主要表现为语言轻蔑、过度回避、扩散信息、标签污名和粗暴对待;原因是地域歧视和疾病歧视叠加下个人心理因素与社会群体规范因素的共同影响.消除群际歧视的心理路径包括增加信息准确性对公众认知进行引导、关注"中国人"共同身份认同与个人身份多重性、调整社会分类线索促发群体交叉分类效应、在社会规范理性中融入人性真情等.
