目的从疾病经济负担减缓的视角出发,比较社区服务和新型农村合作医疗对农村留守老人和进城农村老人疾病经济负担的影响。方法使用CLHLS 2014年横截面数据作为研究资料,全国东中西部农村享有新型农村合作医疗 ≥ 60岁老年人共7 168人,采用方差分析,χ~2分析和logistic回归分析的方法。结果(1)享有新型农村合作医疗的老年人中34.28 %(2 457/7 168)的老人会离开农村,65.72 %(4 711/7 168)的老人会留守在农村。(2)进城农村老人家庭收入高于留守老人(P
