The Student Movement and the Citizen＇s Initiatives in FRG during 1960-80＇s

20世纪60年代中期,联邦德国学生运动爆发,运动的目标是“民主化”,在政府压制下,运动走入低潮.随后的70年代“公民行动”勃兴.“公民行动”起初主要是关注环境等关系居民切身利益的问题,但很快提出了政治与社会变革的要求.70年代末80年代初,反核和平运动使“公民行动”进入一个高峰.学生运动促进了激进民主思潮的传播及文化和政治批判潜力的进步.“公民行动”则使一个新的以“绿色”命名的政党形成并促使传统政党“绿化”;改变了以经济增长为唯一目标的发展理念,实现“绿色”的可持续发展;其中的反核和平运动则制约了80年代初的东西方冷战,促进东西方重新走上谈判与缓和之路.

In the mid and late 1960＇s the Federal Republic of Germany experienced a student movement calling for ＂democratization＂ and other reforms as goals. The movement, as a mixture of different ideas and factions, faded away before long. In the 1970-80＇s the Citizen＇s Initiatives boomed, which focused on the environmental and other concerns of citizens＇ daily life at first, then shifted to a number of political and social reforms. In the late 1970＇s and early 1980＇s the citizen＇s initiatives and the anti-nuclear pacifist movement converged. ...
