探讨了高校数字媒体艺术实验室建设目标及策略。从建立完善的管理制度、建立合理的教学体系、建立良好的基础设施三方面，阐述了数字媒体艺术实验室建设目标。分析了数字媒体艺术实验室建设存在的问题，表现在资源利用率不高、投资与收益不成正比、规划与管理方面存在不足。提出了数字媒体艺术实验室建设的优化措施，即合理开放，提升资源利用率;科学配置，提升教学效益;完善制度，优化人才队伍，从而提升实验教学质量，促进学生的全面发展。

The study explores the target and strategy of the construction of college digital media art laboratory.The study expounds the construction target of digital media art laboratory from the following three aspects,i.e.the establishment of perfect management system,reasonable teaching system and good infrastructure.Then the study analyzes the problems of the construction of digital media art laboratory,i.e.not high utilization rate of the resources,improper proportion of investment and benefit,and the disadvantages of planning and management.The optimization measures of digital media art laborator...
