为促进社会经济发展，英国积极推动职业教育改革，探索实施学位学徒制。英国学位学徒制的主要实施路径包括：多元主体互相协作；企业主导制定课程标准；加强经费管理制度建设；实施第三方独立考核。它包含四大特征：以企业为主导的多元主体合作；以实践为导向开发多样学徒标准；注重经费管理的灵活性与规范化；强调第三方机构独立评价。英国学位学徒制的实施路径和实践经验，能为探索建立中国特色学徒制提供有益借鉴。
