业委会是推进基层治理体系和治理能力现代化不可或缺的要素之一，其治理功能的有效发挥事关基层治理的效能。伴随党建力量在社区场域中的不断下沉，党建引领业委会治理在实践中成为一股热潮，既有研究关注到党建是影响业委会治理效能的关键变量，但是党建何以能够引领业委会的有效治理，核心机制又是什么，均是亟需回答的问题。本文以Y市Z社区SC小区和W市F社区SH小区的两个业委会为分析样本，发现党建引领业委会治理是通过组织赋能和关系统合双重机制，实现了业委会行动能力的提升和关系网络的再造，带来了业委会治理效能的显著提升。基于此并结合实证调查，可以抽象出影响业委会有效治理的“能...
