Research on the Development Process, Difficulties and Countermeasures of Urban Sport Service Complex in China

采用文献资料法、动态对比法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对体育服务综合体发展的可行性及发展进程进行研究分析,以期为体育服务综合体的新建、改造提供经验借鉴和理论支持。目前体育综合体发展面临的困境是:1)体育赛事市场发展培育不足,缺乏实质性运营内容;2)前期设计缺乏整体规划考量,后期改造运营难度增大;3)场馆管理体制削弱了场馆运营活力;4)社会力量投入场馆运营不足,不利于场馆多元化发展;5)体育场馆各类专业人才匮乏,运营管理水平有待提升。在此基础上,提出对策:1)多种渠道丰富活动内容,为体育综合体聚集人气;2)试点先行推动经验输出,树立综合体发展标杆;3)明确综合体发展定位,密切结合城市...
