企业的发展除了必须依靠企业的物质资本、金融资本、人力资本和知识资本外,还与企业的社会资本 息息相关。企业家社会资本积累有利于提高企业的竞争力,有利于企业的发展。本文通过对影响企业发展的内外 资源的分类,对这些资源拥有者特点的分析提出了企业家应做出的策略选择。

Besides material capital, financial capital, human capital and information capital, the development of enterprises is closely related to their social capital.
