摘要:
A Fourier analysis on the imaging process in PSTM has been presented. Analytical expressions for scalar/vector angular spectrum transfer function (scalar-/vector-ASTF) were derived. As the numerical results shown, the ASTF of a PSTM consists of two distinct components, the propagating component and evanescent component. For evanescent component, their amplitudes decrease dramatically while the phases remain constant as tip-sample distance d increases, which were found responsible for the degrading of the sharpness, contrast and intensity of the image. For propagating component, their phases increase linearly with d while the amplitudes keep constant, which causes distortion and bring blurring to the image. Compared with scalar-ASTF a vector-ASTF spreads out much wider and decreases an order faster as tip aperture diameter decreases. Based on ASTF the influences of such parameters as tip-sample distance, tip aperture diameter and the incident angle of illummating laser beam on PSTiM image has been discussed.

摘要:
The instability of a non-isothermal magnetized accretion disk with self-gravitation is examined in this paper. Our main new results are that the viscosity mode is always stable, but the magneto-acoustic mode is always unstable. The parameters beta(0), gamma, a(2) stabilized the viscosity mide, but enhance the instability of magneto-acoustic mode. The results are useful for understanding the instability properties of more realistic disks in astrophysics.

摘要:
From the shell model configurations, valence nuclcon effective interactions and fermion E2 transition operator, the sdgIBM-1 Hamiltonian and boson E2 transition operator are derived micoscopically with the help of Dyson boson expansion technique. Spectra and reduced E2 matrix elements are calculated for the 192,190,188Os isotopes. Present theoritical results fit experimental data quite well.

The magnetic and magnetoelastic properties of Nd<inf>1-x</inf>Ce<inf>x</inf>Fe<inf>2</inf> have been investigated. The stable single Laves phase Nd<inf>1-x</inf>Ce<inf>x</inf>Fe<inf>2</inf> is synthesized at ambient pressure for x ≥0.2. The successful formation of this Laves phase can be ascribed to the strong Ce 4f bonding. Spin reorientation is observed around 150 K for Nd stoichiometric concentrations above 0.2. The lattice parameter, Curie temperature, low-temperature saturation magnetization and room-temperature anisotropic magnetostriction all increase with the Nd concentration. This indicates that the effect of the Ce ion is only dilution of the magnetism. NdFe<inf>2</inf> is ferromagnetic with an estimated magnetic moment of 5.36 μ<inf>B</inf> per formula unit, a Curie temperature of 589 K and a room-temperature magnetostriction coefficient of 420 ppm. The largest saturation magnetostriction 320 ppm, is obtained at x = 0.2. No apparent evidence of Ce ions changing their valence was observed.

It is suggested that the study of multiplicity difference correlators between two well-separated bins in high-energy heavy-ion collisions can be used as a means to detect evidence of a quark-hadron phase transition. Analytical expressions for the scaled factorial moments of multiplicity difference distribution are obtained for small bin size with mean multiplicity s¯<~0.3 within Ginzburg-Landau description. It is shown that the scaling behaviors between the moments are still valid, though the behaviors of the moments with respect to the bin size are completely different from the so-called intermittency patterns. A universal exponent γ is given to describe the dynamical fluctuations in the phase transition.

The information on dynamical fluctuations that can be extracted from the anomalous scaling observed recently in hadron-hadron collision experiments is discussed in some detail. A parameter "effective fluctuation strength" is proposed to estimate the strength of dynamical fluctuations. The method for extracting its value from the experimentally observed quantities is given. Passive and active fiber probes, used for the scanning near-field optical microscope (SNOM), show different image properties. For the passive fiber probe, a better optical image contrast has been obtained with a parabolic taper than with a linear taper. The reflected fields in different fiber tapers have been discussed. For the active fiber probe, an ASE (Amplified Spontaneous Emission) probe made of Er<sup>3+</sup>-doped fiber has shown a higher efficiency of several times and a lower image noise than the usual passive probe.

The effects of the Blandford-Znajek (BZ) process on the evolution of the central black holes of accretion discs are investigated by an analytical method and numerical calculations in this paper. It is shown that the BZ process reduces the rates of change of some parameters of the black hole, such as mass, angular momentum, dimensionless angular momentum and temperature, and the evolution of the central black hole towards the extreme Kerr black hole is depressed effectively. However, the rate of change of entropy of the central black hole is augmented in the BZ process. In addition, the consistency of the BZ process with the three laws of black hole thermodynamics is discussed.
