摘要：
Open access movement has resulted in a change of the entire scholarly communication environment. Scholarly information service system (SISS) had a significant change which is represented in the emergency of various open access publishing mode and diversification of integrated value-added service providers. This paper analyzed this change, and discussed how academic library should react to the change; also some possible impacts on scientific communication were discussed.

摘要：
Web services have become an emerging XML-based approach in network management. And the combination of Web services and Semantic Web, in other words, Semantic Web services, make it possible to add semantic manners to services and automate network monitoring. This paper focuses on the standardization of network monitoring operations from the Semantic Web services' point of view. During this course, we especially take into account the problems about parameter transmission and operation granularity, and present the considerations about these problems in detail.

摘要：
This paper introduces the theory and method of Transaction Cost Economics to identify the essence of e-commerce model by explicating its core objective and function. From the correspondence of transactions and governance structures, the author also discusses the design principle of an e-commerce model. The analysis shows that so-called e-commerce model in commercial practice could be identified as non-market governance structure in TCE framework. Also, under the high uncertainty of Internet, to minimize transaction costs, various e-commerce transaction distinguished by different assets specificity and transaction frequency should mutually correspond with governance structures having different expense and function. The analysis attempts to unify the existing definitions and classifications about e-commerce model in a multi-discipline framework, and bring people some new clues for the innovation in e-commerce application. At the same time, this heuristic perspective waits for the comprehensive examinations by further empirical researches.

摘要：
In recent years, due to the rapid evolution of mobile communication technologies, e-commerce has been combined with the mobile communication equipment, and a new paradigm of business - mobile commerce has appeared in business field. Nowadays, the development of 3G-related technologies further pushed the popularity of m-commerce. This paper attempts to categorize the participants in the 3G-based m-commerce value chain in B2C market and discusses its nature as well. It established a value chain in 3G-based B2C mobile market. This study can provide some fresh insight to 3G-based mobile market and help the participants in the value chain to understand better on how the value on the mobile market is delivered, which can offer them some ideas on how to make the value to be delivered efficiently on the value chain.

摘要：
It is necessary to consider the maximum load of truck and replenishment location in the regions-integrated distribution routes planning. After stating the assumptions, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model was built to solve the vehicle routing problem (VRP) based on the strategy of replenishment on the way with regions-integrated. Since the problem is NP-hard and existing algorithms can not be used directly, according to the model's specific configuration, a heuristic algorithm was developed based on the geometrical analysis, by which the replenishment locations on the way and the distribution route can be ascertained by secondary search and batch insert. Finally, a numerical example was given to demonstrate the algorithm operation, it showed that the decision model was practical and the algorithm was valid.

In order to meet the needs of developing E-government, E-government integrated information services are proposed in this paper. First, we define E-government integrated information services. Second, we explore E-government integrated information service patterns. Third, we construct an E-government integrated information service platform. Finally, we give some suggestions on developing E-government integrated information services. Aiming at the limitations of traditional personalization approaches, this article analyzes the approach based on ontology, and proposes its practical method. This approach retains the relationships both between attributes of concepts and between concepts, providing more flexibility in matching usage profiles with current user session, which can improve the precision and coverage of the recommendation sets for personalization.
摘要：
The discrete Hartley transform(DHT) is a real-valued transform that directly maps a real-valued sequence to a real-valued spectrum. Compared with the discrete Fourier transform(DFT), DHT requires less memory space and the computation complexity. To further speed the implementation of DHT, the lifting scheme is introduced the fast Hartley transform algorithm. The lifting scheme is employed which was originally developed to build second generation wavelet. It approximates the float-point operation by integer multiplications and additions with less loss. In this paper, the DHT and its fast algorithm are briefly reviewed, and the lifting scheme is introduced and the multiplierless FHT is constructed. Experiment results verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Since mobile commerce is a new commerce mode, there is a significant meaning to research on customer satisfaction with its services. This paper evaluates the customer satisfaction with m-commerce services, which adopts ASCI model, uses AHP to identify the weight and adapts grey clustering relational method, and illustrates this method by an example. It makes an exploratory research on the application of the grey comprehensive assessment.
摘要：
The rapid growth of e-commerce has caused product overload where the customer is no longer able to effectively choose the products he/she is exposed to. To meet the personalized needs of customers in E-commerce, a new adaptive filtering algorithm based on vector space model was proposed in the paper. First, feature selection and pseudo feedback were used to select the initial filtering profiles and thresholds through training algorithm. Then user feedback was utilized to modify the profile and threshold adaptively through filtering algorithm. The algorithm had two advantages, the first was that it could carry on self-study to improve the precision; the second was that the execution did not need massive initial texts in the process of filtering. Though the test of using the algorithm in E-commerce, the results manifest that the algorithm was effective.
