摘要:
The sliding mode control problem (SMC) is studied for a class of uncertain delay system in the presence of both parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. A novel virtual feedback control method is presented. Based on Lyapunov theory, sufficient conditions for design of the robust sliding mode plane are derived. Sliding mode controller based on reaching law concept is developed, which is to ensure system trajectories from any initial conditions asymptotically convergent to sliding mode plane. The global asymptotically stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed. A numerical example with simulation results is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the methodology.

摘要:
It is a new approach to obtain the time-based competitive advantage for enterprises through the third party logistics (TPL) providing distribution service. But a more important question that has to be considered is that the pattern of distributing by TPL whether will increase the logistics cost. A comparison of logistics costs of TPL agential distribution pattern and self-operation distribution pattern is presented in this case study. The study results showed that TPL agential distribution can reduce the logistics cost as well as form time-based competitive advantage; three parts of logistics costs are all affected and decreased; furthermore, there is a trend of cutting down both the number of warehouses and warehouse's managers after the TPL agential distribution pattern is brought into effect.

Current network intrusion detection for information systems are of low intelligence level and have the main deficiency as being unable to detect new intrusive behaviors of unknown signatures. This paper presents the intrusion detection system (IDS.) model based on artificial immune mechanism. After introducing the immune principle, the paper elaborates die mechanism of artificial immune algorithm optimization, and discusses other essential techniques such as antibody expansion and suppression, the memory cells updating, calculation of affinity and concentration, etc. By the method of the progressive approximation, the multiplicity of antibodies will be guaranteed, and premature convergence can be improved. The antibody set created by this immune algorithm not only can detect unknown attack behavior effectively, but have higher detection rate and lower false positive rate.

Aiming at the risk problems during the bidding of IT project, this paper introduces a multilayer bidding risk decision model of IT project evaluation based on rough set and fuzzy set, which integrates die advantage of the two theories. The subjectivity of weight choice is avoided by analysis of history project data based on rough set; the complexity of computation is reduced by attributes reduction of inconclusive indexes. Then the combination of a method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can integrate all experts' opinions effectively and eliminate mconsistent factors during the process of experts marking. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the algorithm of the decision model.

Development of E-Business system is full of risk, and many tools and methods are available to support the various phases of the risk management. Risk analysis, an important process during the development, is the key for the success of in E-Business system. This paper introduces a new method and algorithms of risk analysis. An example is given to demonstrate the new method, and explain the main reasons causing the success or fail of E-Business. Moreover, the advantage of this method is pointed out at last.

摘要:
The design of distribution system is required to minimize the expectation of total responding time and expectation value of delivery cost under the time-based-competitive stochastic demands environment. Therefore, the multi-objective stochastic programming model for time-based-competitive distribution system with multi-source and multi-product was built when certain assumptions were given. Then, the stochastic model was tendered as the problem of certain type through the equivalent transform, and a heuristic algorithm was designed according to the specific structure of the model's decision space. A numerical calculation was performed in the model to solve an arithmetic problem in practical investigation. It showed that the decision model was practical and the algorithm was valid.

The dynamical properties of quantum entanglement in the integrable Jaynes–Cummings model with a Kerr nonlinearity are studied in terms of the reduced-density linear entropy with various Kerr coupling parameters and initial states, where the initial states are prepared by the coherent states placed in the corresponding phase space described in terms of canonical variables. The mean entanglement averaged over time is employed to investigate the behavior of entanglement of those coherent states. It is shown that the mean entanglement of the coherent states put near the centers of periodic orbits, both with a strong Kerr coupling and without a Kerr coupling, tends to be the minimal, and that the mean entanglement of the coherent states centered near the boundary with a strong Kerr coupling is the minimal while that without Kerr coupling is the maximal.

In this paper, the present status of e-commerce major concerning undergraduate and graduate students in higher education of China and the U.S. was investigated. The comparative study showed that there were lots of differences in the setting up of e-commerce program or major between China and the U.S.. The main results are as follows: (1) the Chinese e-commerce education mainly concentrates on the establishment of e-commerce specialty, while the U.S. on the establishment of e-commerce courses or direction;(2) the Chinese e-commerce education emphasizes on the cultivation of undergraduate level, while the U.S. on the cultivation of graduate level;(3) the Chinese e-commerce education underlines the training of management talents, while the U.S. appreciates the training of application ones.
