Reverse logistics originated in humans environment protection consciousness awoke in serious environment pollution and the shortage of resources under the condition of modern industrial industry sustainable development. It makes great profits to economizing the recycled products in re-manufacturing logistics. This paper takes into account supply chain system cost as well as reverse logistics cost and customer time satisfaction to solve the location-inventory-routing problem(LIRP). It has certain guiding significance to administrate the recycled reverse logistics network.

Facility location, inventory control and vehicle routes scheduling are critical and highly related problems in the design of logistics system for e-business.Meanwhile, the return ratio in Internet sales was significantly higher than in the traditional business.At the same time, the customer's time-satisfaction degree had become one of the important factors for competition.A multi-objective integrated optimization model of location-inventory-routing problem (LIRP) taking the cost of the returned merchandises and time-satisfaction degree into account is proposed for closed-loop logistics system.An improved adaptive genetic algorithm (IAGA) is designed to solve the model.Finally, the real instance is presented to show the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.

The development and sustainability of academic virtual communities (academic VCs) relies on their users' sharing behavior.However, little research has focused on both enablers and barriers affecting knowledge sharing for an academic VC, and also less considered types of knowledge shared.This study aims to explore the impact of social capital factors and individual motivations with regard to psychological factors on sharing explicit and tacit knowledge.Data are collected by an online survey of 240 users of an influential academic VC in China.The research model is tested by PLS-SEM method.The results show that explicit knowledge sharing is determined by social interaction ties, enjoyment, reputation and identification.Tacit knowledge sharing is positively affected by social interaction ties and enjoyment, and negatively influenced by doubt of knowledge value and perceived fear.Implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

摘要:
Accurate forecast of future container throughput of a port is very important for its construction, upgrading, and operation management. This study proposes a transfer forecasting model guided by discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm (TF-DPSO). It firstly transfers some related time series in source domain to assist in modeling the target time series by transfer learning technique, and then constructs the forecasting model by a pattern matching method called analog complexing. Finally, the discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to find the optimal match between the two important parameters in TF-DPSO. The container throughput time series of two important ports in China, Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port are used for empirical analysis, and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to propose a novel approach to integrate portable document format (PDF) interface into Java-based digital library application. It bridges the gap between conducting content operation and viewing on PDF document asynchronously. Design/methodology/approach - In this paper, the authors first review some related research and discuss PDF and its drawbacks. Next, the authors propose the design steps and implementation of three modes of displaying PDF document: PDF display, image display and extensible markup language (XML) display. A comparison of these three modes has been carried out. Findings - The authors find that the PDF display is able to completely present the original PDF document contents and thus obviously superior to the other two displays. In addition, the format specification of PDF-based e-book does not perform well; lack of standardization and complex structure is exposed to the publication. Practical implications - The proposed approach makes viewing the PDF documents more convenient and effective, and can be used to retrieve and visualize the PDF documents and to support the personalized function customization of PDF in the digital library applications. Originality/value - This paper proposes a novel approach to solve the problem between content operation and the view of PDF synchronously, providing users a new tool to retrieve and reuse the PDF documents. It contributes to improve the service specification and policy of viewing the PDF for digital library. Besides, the personalized interface and public index make further development and application more feasible.

摘要:
Robust small target detection of low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is very important in infrared search and track applications for self-defense or attacks. Consequently, an effective small target detection algorithm inspired by the contrast mechanism of human vision system and derived kernel model is presented in this paper. At the first stage, the local contrast map of the input image is obtained using the proposed local contrast measure which measures the dissimilarity between the current location and its neighborhoods. In this way, target signal enhancement and background clutter suppression are achieved simultaneously. At the second stage, an adaptive threshold is adopted to segment the target. The experiments on two sequences have validated the detection capability of the proposed target detection method. Experimental evaluation results show that our method is simple and effective with respect to detection accuracy. In particular, the proposed method can improve the SNR of the image significantly.

Workplace incivility happens enormously inside organizations and has great effects,but incivility is especially troublesome because of its characteristic low intensity and it is tend to be ignored.This paper provides a research design based on the emotional reaction model put forward by Porath and Pearson in 2012.From a longitudinal perspective,we explore the moderation effects of organizational support and civility climate between emotional reaction and such outcomes of workplace incivility like the CWB-O,CWB-P of victims,intentionally sabotage in work and physical and mental well-being.We also study the moderation effects of variables with individual difference like HAB,narcissism,neuroticism,agreeableness between workplace incivility and emotional reaction of victims.This study carries both theoretical and practical significance.
