QCD three-loop vacuum graphs are calculated in Feynman gauge. All the temperature-dependent divergences are extracted by using dimensional regularization. Ultraviolet divergences are shown to cancel with each other and the ir divergences remain uncanceled.

Taking into account the anisotropy of phase space in multiparticle production, a self-affine analysis of factorial moments was carried out on the NA22 data for pi(+)p and K(+)p collisions at 250 GeV/c. Within the transverse plane, the Hurst exponents measuring the anisotropy are consistent with unit value (i.e, no anisotropy). They are, however, only half that value when the longitudinal direction is compared to the transverse ones. Fractality, indeed, turns out to be self-affine rather than self-similar in multiparticle production. In three-dimensional phase space, power-law scaling is observed to be better realized in self-affine than in self-similar analysis.

We have studied atomic coherent population trapping in a Lambda-configuration three-level atom interacting with a two-mode quantized field mediated by two-photon processes. The states of the field trapping the atom in its two lower states are obtained, and the nonclassical properties of these states are discussed.

In this paper, n-photon correlated-spontaneous-emission lasers (CEL's) are studied via the quantum theory of Scully-Lamb. It is shown that inversionless lasing can be exhibited; and phase squeezing can be produced in the inversionless region when the laser intensity is smaller than a certain value. The unified approach to n-photon CEL's is given and the properties between n-photon CEL's (n greater than or equal to 3) and CEL's of n = 1, 2 are compared.

A generalized laser-induced continuum structure system consisting of an atom with two bound states and two sets of flat atomic continuum states interacting with four laser fields is proposed. The effects of the relative phase of the four lasers on the photoionization properties are investigated.

A self-consistent calculation method about the damping rates of fast moving particles in QCP is proposed within the real time finite temperature QCD formalism.And the infrared divergence in the naive calculation is overcome without adding by hand a magnetic screening mass as the infrared cutoff.For weak coupling QCD toe damping rates of the fast moving gluon and quark are obtained and their relaxation times in RICH and LHC scales are estimated.

A stochastic differential equation driven by N-order nonlinear fluctuation is investigated by defining a novel stochastic process Γ(t). The spectral densities of Γ(t) for N = 1, 2, 3 and 4 are obtained. We compare the results of the linear fluctuation case with the nonlinear fluctuation case and find that the extremum of the spectral density for linear case is directly proportional to the noise intensity D and independent of the correlation time τ, the extremum of the spectral density for nonlinear case is determined by both D and τ. An approximate Fockker-Planck equation of the N-order nonlinear fluctuation is derived by Hanggi-like ansatz. The influences of nonlinear fluctuation on the transition of bistable system are studied. It is found that the area of unimodal region and bimodal region of the stationary probability is independent of D and T for linear case, however, the area of two regions is related to D and τ for nonlinear case.

The kinetic equations for quark-gluon plasma (QGP) are studied beyond the linear response theory, and the nonlinear eigenfrequency shift owing to the non-Abelian interaction of the color eigenmodes in a spatially uniform QGP is calculated.
