摘要:
An efficient halocyclization of β,γ-unsaturated hydrazones with N-bromosuccinimide was developed without the addition of any additives under mild reaction conditions to provide facile access to biologically important 4,5-dihydropyrazoles. Under the optimized conditions, a variety of highly substituted 4,5-dihydropyrazole derivatives were obtained in generally good yields. Moreover, this reaction can be further applied to the synthesis of pyrazoles in a one-pot fashion. Copyright © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.

摘要:
An enantioselective oxa-Michael addition of oximes to beta-CF3-beta-disubstituted nitroalkenes catalyzed by a chiral bifunctional cinchona alkaloid-based thiourea has been developed. A variety of trifluoromethylated oxime ethers possessing a tetrasubstituted carbon stereocenter were obtained in good yields with high enantioselectivities.

摘要:
An organocatalytic asymmetric conjugate addition of 2-oxindole-3-carboxylate esters to 2-phthalimidoacrylates catalyzed by a quinine-derived thiourea is described. The reaction provides efficient access to a variety of quaternary oxindole based Cγ-tetrasubstituted α-amino acid derivatives in good to excellent yields (up to 96%) with moderate to good enantioselectivity (up to 90% ee). The opposite enantiomers of the products can also be obtained with comparable yields and stereoselectivity by simply using a quinidine-derived thiourea catalyst. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
An unprecedented three-component coupling reaction of arynes, α-bromo carbonyl compounds, and DMSO triggered by insertion of arynes into the S=O bond of DMSO has been developed. The reaction can generate a wide range of multisubstituted aryl methyl thioethers in good yields, wherein DMSO serves as both methylthiolation reagent and oxygen source. © 2014 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
The formyloxylation reaction of 3-bromooxindoles with water and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) has been developed in the presence of the photoredox catalyst fac-Ir(ppy)3 under irradiation of visible light at ambient temperature. The reaction provides a straightforward approach to pharmaceutically and synthetically useful 3-formyloxyoxindoles in high yields. The mechanism of this transformation was investigated by fluorescence quenching experiments, "on-off" switching of the light source, labeling experiments, mass spectral analyses and in situ IR experiments. 摘要:
The aerobic oxidative C-B bond cleavage and ipso-hydroxylation of arylboronic acids mediated by methylhydrazine have been developed under metal-free conditions. This transformation affords structurally diverse phenols in good to excellent yields (26 examples, 71-99%). © 2015 Royal Society of Chemistry.

<正>许多具有生物活性的天然产物和药物分子都含有手性杂环骨架,尤其是手性氮杂环骨架,因此,研究含氮手性杂环的高效构建具有重要意义[1]。最近,我们发展了三种不同类型的硫叶立德参与的串联反应,分别是[4+1]环化/重排串联反应,[4+1]/[3+2]环加成串联反应和Michael加成/N-烷基化串联反应,并从简单易得的原料出发成功地合成一系列重要的手性含氮杂环化合物[2]。

摘要:
A visible-light-induced photocatalytic aerobic oxidation/[3+2] cycloaddition/aromatization cascade between secondary amines and isocyanides has been successfully developed. 摘要:
A photocatalytic formal [3+2] cycloaddition of 2H-azirines with alkynes has been achieved under irradiation by visible light in the presence of organic dye photocatalysts. This transformation provides efficient access to highly functionalized pyrroles in good yields and has been applied to the synthesis of drug analogues. A primary trial of photocascade catalysis merging energy transfer and redox neutral reactions was shown to be successful. Photo(chemistry) op: A photocatalytic formal [3+2] cycloaddition of 2H-azirines with alkynes has been established under the irradiation of visible light in the presence of an organic dye. This transformation provides efficient access to highly functionalized pyrroles in good yields and has been applied to the formal synthesis of an inhibitor for HMG-CoA reductase. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
A novel method for the synthesis of 1,4-diketones from β-ketosulfones was developed by means of a visible light-induced CS bond activation process. Symmetrical and unsymmetrical 1,4-diketones can be easily prepared in moderate to good yields. A new and efficient method for the synthesis of 1,4-diketones from β-ketosulfones was developed by means of a visible-light-induced CS bond activation process (see scheme). 摘要:
A [3 + 2] cycloaddition/ring contraction sequence of ylideneoxindoles with in situ-generated 2,2,2-trifluorodiazoethane without the use of any transition-metal catalyst has been developed. The reaction provides efficient access to biologically important and synthetically useful CF3-containing 3,3'-cyclopropyl spirooxindoles in high yield (74-99%) with high diastereoselectivity (>95:5 d.r.).

Sequence catalysis merging photoredox catalysis (PC) and nucleophilic catalysis (NC) has been realized for the direct sp<sup>3</sup> C-H acroleination of N-aryl-tetrahydroisoquinoline (THIQ). The reaction was performed under very mild conditions and afforded products in 50-91% yields. A catalytic asymmetric variant was proved to be successful with moderate enantioselectivities (up to 83 : 17 er). ©2014 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

A visible light-induced photocatalytic aerobic oxidation/semipinacol rearrangement has been successfully developed. This methodology allows for efficient conversion of a wide range of indoles into the synthetically significant 2,2-disubstituted indolin-3-ones, the core structure of pseudoindoxyl alkaloids, under mild reaction conditions. 许多具有生物活性的天然产物和药物分子都含有杂环骨架,因此,研究杂环的高效构建具有重要意义[1]。最近,我们发展了三种不同类型的串联反应,分别是[4+1]环化/重排串联反应,[4+1]/[3+2]环加成串联反应和Michael加成/N-烷基化串联反应,并从简单易得的原料出发成功地合成一系列重要的杂环化合物。

New players in town: In situ generated transition-metal-containing carbonyl ylides are a unique class of reagents which have found wide applications in catalytic asymmetric cascade reactions. 摘要:
An asymmetric synthesis of epoxyoxindoles from isatins has been developed by employing chiral sulfur ylides generated in situ from camphor-derived sulfonium salts. This reaction allows an efficient access to enantioenriched spiro-epoxyoxindoles under mild reaction conditions, featuring high yields and excellent enantio- and diastereoselectivities.

摘要:
A visible-light photocatalytic generation of N-centered hydrazonyl radicals has been accomplished for the first time. This approach allows efficient intramolecular addition of hydrazonyl radical to terminal alkenes, thus providing hydroamination and oxyamination products in good yields. Importantly, the protocol involves deprotonation of an N-H bond and photocatalytic oxidation to an N-centered radical, thus obviating the need to prepare photolabile amine precursors or the stoichiometric use of oxidizing reagents. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
An unprecedented Zn(OTf)2-catalyzed asymmetric Michael addition/cyclization cascade of 3-nitro-2H-chromenes with 3-isothiocyanato oxindoles has been disclosed. This transformation provides an efficient access to various synthetically important polycyclic spirooxindoles in a highly stereoselective manner under mild conditions (72-99 % yields, up to >95:5 d.r. and >99 % ee). The reaction leads to the formation of three consecutive stereocenters, including 1,3-nonadjacent tetrasubstituted carbon stereocenters, in a single operation. A bifunctional activation model of the chiral Zn(OTf)2/bis(oxazoline) complex was proposed based on control experiments, wherein the ZnII moiety serves as a Lewis acid and the N atom of the free NH group acts as a Lewis base by a hydrogen-bonding interaction. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 全氟烷基化反应,特别是三氟甲基化反应一直是有机化学领域的研究热点.近几年来,可见光促进的光氧化还原催化的有机化学反应,因其本身所固有的条件温和、绿色和环保等优点而倍受合成化学家的青睐.该方法学也被成功地应用于一系列三氟甲基化反应.本文主要按照三氟甲基源分类,总结了近年来可见光促进的光氧化还原催化的三氟甲基化反应的研究进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望.
