采用文献资料法,从培养目标、课程设置、培养方式3方面对英国、加拿大、新加坡3国中小学体育教师培养模式进行分析总结。基于我国当前的免费师范生政策,结合英加新3国中小学体育教师培养模式在培养目标、课程设置、培养方式上与我国的异同,在可借鉴相关培养中小学体育教师成功经验的基础上,提出：我国体育免费师范生培养模式在构建时应注重以需要＂培养什么样的体育人才＂为主导,注意培养目标的重新定位、细化;＂对号入座＂完善体育专业免费师范生培养的课程设置,推进小学与大学、中学与大学的有机衔接;落实＂怎样培养体育教育人才＂,建立体育免费师范生教育合作专线。旨在为我国体育免费师范生...
