MOOC作为一种新形态的学习应用平台,针对特教师资偏少、特教学校数量少但分布广等现实问题,在特教师资培训中具有一定的适切性并能发挥一定的作用。鉴于MOOC本身的适切性、特教事业发展的理性诉求及特教教师提升综合素质的需求等因素,使得MOOC应用于特教师资培训中具有一定的可能性,但行为观念的排斥、学习资源获取的困难、参与程度的不完整和评价方式的弱科学性又为MOOC在其中的应用带来了一定的阻碍,只有不断加强宣传、积极开发本土特色课程、合理规划发展、构建科学化评价方式才能破解阻碍,以使MOOC更好地应用到特教师资培训中来。

MOOC as a new application platform of learning, in view of the realistic problem of special education teachers and school less but wide distribution,its has a certain relevance and can play a certain application in training of special education teachers.
