1961年成立的国家教育研究与培训委员会（NCERT）是印度国家级优质教育智库，其职能涵盖研究与发展、教师教育与培训以及推广服务，并形成了研究模式实证化、机构运作半行政化、影响范围国际化、研究聚焦基础教育的特点。自成立50多年来，该委员会在印度基础教育改革及政策制定中发挥着重要作用，值得我国教育智库借鉴。

National Council of Education Research and Training （NCERT）, established in 1961,is a state- level think-tank in India. Its functions cover research and development, teacher education and training, and extension services.
