教育的本质是培养富有创造力的人才，而政治则主要是为寻求社会稳定而注重守成，二者之间存在创新与守成的博弈关系。在政治主导教育的现实境遇下，教育变革受到创新与守成悖论的制约。悖论消解的前提必须是政治赋予教育以一定的空间和自主权，才有机会推动教育的实质性变革。建设创新型国家是实现中华民族伟大复兴的主题，创新型国家的构建需要人才，人才的培养在于教育，实现富有创造力的教育是建设创新型国家的基础和保障。在创新性国家建设视域下，教育变革与守成悖论的消解有了可能，需要变革“工业化教育”为“农业化教育”，变革“记忆力教育”为“创造力教育”，变革“授受式教育”为“...
