新生代农民工在流入城市文化上的完全融入与经济上的非融入,造成了新生代农民工城市融入上的错位状态,并成为该群体各种侵财型、情绪型"创新"性风险行动的根源。因此,通过文化重构与经济提升的方法,纠正新生代农民工城市融入上的错位,使该群体在文化与经济上的融入同步,是从源头治理新生代农民工各种城市问题的有效途径。

The new generation of migrant workers assimilate culturally but not economically when they come to cities,this has created a situation of their urban assimilation misalignment and has become the root for their various usurpatoryand emotional 'creative' risky actions. Given this condition,it is believed that the assimilation misalignment of the newgeneration of migrant workers could be solved through cultural reconstruction and economic enhancement.
