教师平庸之恶是学校生活中的现实存在，其根源很大程度上在于学校制度对教师平庸的制造和向功利的倾斜，这种倾斜无疑源自于学校制度在功利与道德的张力中的迷失。而为超越教师平庸之恶，则必须从制度变革人手，使之重拾道德本意。
