运动训练专业是体现体育自身特色的支撑专业。采用文献资料法、比较分析法、数理统计法等,对运动训练专业改革的问题、原因和基本策略进行了研究,运动训练专业要获得独立发展的空间,克服专业性不足的现状,就必须以正确的体育观和教育观为指导,重视对专业培养目标的定位研究,促进专业教育体制改革,发展专业支撑学科,加强专业教材建设。
