Research on prediction of urban resources and environmental carrying capacity based on logistic regression：a case study of Wuhan city

资源环境是人类赖以生存和发展的基础,准确可靠的资源环境承载力预测不仅是城市综合承载力风险评估、预警的需要,也是政府对新型城镇化政策制定的重要依据。选取武汉市2002-2015年的相关数据作为样本,先利用熵权TOPSIS模型得出武汉市的资源环境承载力综合指数,再运用逻辑回归模型对武汉市资源环境承载力进行预测。将预测值与实际值进行比较发现逻辑回归模型的拟合度更好,精确度更高,平均相对误差为1.57%。最后将逻辑回归模型与现有方法相比较,验证了逻辑回归模型在承载力预测方面的有效性。
