聋人教师在聋教育中扮演着不可替代的角色,我国聋人教师的发展面临多重困境,聋人在聋教育中的积极作用还未充分发挥。要摆脱聋人教师所处的困境,促进聋人教师专业化发展,需要改革特殊教育师资培养模式,实施聋人教师资格认证,同时需要鼓励招聘聋人教师,充分发挥聋人教师的优势。

Deaf teachers play an irreplaceable role in educating the children with heating disabilities. At present, the development of deaf teachers is faced with a great deal of barriers.
