对管理信息系统数据共享和互操作的实现方式进行了讨论,介绍了EMIF框架模型,对实现EMIF数据共享的关键组件——通信agent的需求模型、功能模型和实现方法进行了系统分析和讨论,对该agent关键功能——报文处理及传输、代理接口等进行了详尽的设计。
