随着高能物理实验中粒子加速器能级的不断提高,探测器的规模逐渐增大,探测器对前端电子设备中信号采集电路的性能和速度的要求也越来越高。介绍了高速串行模数转换器ADS5270的工作原理、主要特性及应用电路。着重讨论了光子谱仪中ADS5270接口电路的设计和ADS5270在应用中的噪声耦合、复位和时钟停止问题。
