College English Curriculum (2004) (CE Curriculum hereafter) is issued by China’s Ministry of Education. As a top-down document, it acts as a guide for colleges and universities nation-wide to formulate a school-based curriculum in the light of their specific circumstances. Compared with the previous counterparts, it is a more balanced and democratic national curriculum. Although the present curriculum is for trial implementation, the course rationale is sound and the curriculum is of greater flexibility.

摘要:
As an important kind of payment tools, the non-financial third-party e-payment platforms (NTEP), have developed rapidly. It also became the difficulty and blind spot of government supervision. First, we described the development of NTEP in China with typical e-payment tools, and analyzed the urgency and problems of supervision. Then we studied main foreign models for references. Finally, we proposed some suggestions for supervision and promoted the standardized development of NTEP.

In order to study the effects of MnO2 nanoparticles on cells of rats liver and kidney, rats liver and kidney cells were exposed to different concentrations (0, 0.05, 0.50, 5.00, 50.00 μg/mL) of MnO2 nanoparticles at 37℃. An hour later, reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, glutathione (GSH) concentrations and DNA-protein crosslinks (DPC) degrees in cells were measured to detect the adverse effects. Results showed that compared with the control group, under the 0.5 μg/mL MnO2 nanoparticles exposure, neither the concentrations of GSH reduce nor the levels of ROS increase significantly (p>0.05), but the increase of DPC degrees in cells is significant (p

摘要:
A unique site-directed, i.e.in-pore and on-column derivatization method was developed for direct and fully automated analysis of aldehydes in human plasma by combining SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) with HPLC-UV.A Restricted Access Material (RAM; LiChrospher ADS C4 (Merck) was selected as SPE-column packing for on-line sample clean-up and site-directed derivatization.High-molecular-weight interfering constituents of sample matrix (e.g.proteins) are eliminated based on size-exclusion chromatography, while low-molecular-weight target analytes (hexanal and heptanal) have free access to the internal pore surface.These properties allow a site-directed, i.e.in-pore derivatization of the extracted analytes.

Human resources risks affect all aspects of business, they will be significant impact on it's efficiency and performance, the research about risk of human resources is necessary. On the basis of previous studies, this paper analyzes the impact of corporate human resources risk factors, and then build a corporate human resource risk evaluation index system,then measured human resources risks with fuzzy mathematics and G-AHP analysis methods.

摘要:
This article analyzes the traditional methods of marketing expenditure budget systemically, and points out that the traditional methods are all short of opera ability. Then a flexible, dynamic idea, which combines resource guide, competition guide and market guide together, is put forward to investigate the marketing expenditure budget. In addition, the paper discusses the application of flexible budget method and rolling budget method in marketing expenditure budget in details, and builds a flexible operational mechanism to adjust the marketing expenditure.

摘要:
Pichia secretive expression system is one of powerful eukaryotic expression systems in genetic engineering, which is especially suitable for industrial utilization. Because of the low concentration of the target protein in initial experiment, the methods and conditions for expression of the target protein should be optimized according to the protein yield repetitively. It is necessary to set up a rapid, simple and convenient analysis method for protein expression levels instead of the generally used method such as ultrafiltration, purification, dialysis, lyophilization and so on. In this paper, acetone precipitation method was chosen to concentrate the recombinant protein firstly after comparing with four different protein precipitation methods systematically, and then the protein was analyzed by SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis. The recombinant protein was determined with the feature of protein band by the Automated Image Capture and 1-D Analysis Software directly. With this method, the optimized expression conditions of basic fibroblast growth factor secreted from pichia were obtained, which is as the same as using traditional methods. Hence, a convenient tool to determine the optimized conditions for the expression of recombinant proteins in Pichia was established.
