After the cataclysm of the Yangtze River in 1998, the State Council put forward the "thirty-six-word policy" for harnessing large rivers and lakes. Jianghan Plain is one of the main areas to get harnessed according to the policy. Based on the CAS land use databases of 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010, the spatial changes information of lakes in Jianghan Plain were captured and analyzed under the ARCGIS platform or by indexes of landscape ecology. The results show that: From 1995 to 2010, the area of lake wetlands has been grown constantly; Transitions from farmland and unused land to lake were dominant for the increase of lake area, while so were the transitions reversely; Lake wetlands were divided into two categories (lake and pond) to be analyzed according to the area of every lake wetland patch, lakes mainly increased in the area while ponds mainly increased in the number of patches. Ponds are not as curved as lakes in shape and more dispersed than lakes; Lakes became less curved and concentrated with the augment of the area of lake wetlands. The shape of pond wetlands changed little and its distribution became a little concentrated with the increasing number of pond wetlands. During the three five-year analyzed, the increase of wetlands of Jianghan Plain was notable during the period of from 2000 to 2005, though the area of wetlands increased during all the three periods. 摘要:
Ecological footprint analysis is a new method of ecological economics that quantitatively measures ecological consumption by mankind and the extent of sustainable development. Touristic ecological footprint is the application of its theory in tourism research. How to evaluate numerically regional sustainable tourism development is one of significant themes for tourism study. Based on the model of ecological footprint, combined with the ecological consumption and its structure of tourists, this paper leads touristic ecological footprint model into assessment of sustainable tourism, and taking Jiujiang as an example for empirical research. According to these factors, we can provide feasible suggestions for the sustainable development of Jiujiang's tourism industry.

该文利用排放因子法估算中国各省区农村生活能源消费排放的主要温室气体(CO2、CH4和N2O)数量,计算相应的生态足迹作为其环境效应的表征指标,并采用IPAT等式的随机形式——STIRPAT(stochastic impacts by regression on population,affluence and technology)模型考察农村人口、富裕和技术因素对用能环境效应的影响作用。结果表明:1)中国农村不同类型的生活用能足迹空间差异显著,电力足迹占据绝对优势地位,沼气足迹比例最小;2)农村人口规模是用能足迹最为显著的正向影响因子,富裕水平的影响作用因用能类型不同而异,对薪柴、秸秆和煤炭足迹的影响作用不甚明显,对沼气足迹有显著负向作用,对电力足迹和用能总足迹有显著正向影响;3)农村生活用能技术生态效益省际差异较大,多个省区存在较大的技术提升空间。该研究结果能够为制订有效的节能减排策略提供科学依据。

摘要:
The Poyang Lake Basin consists of Ganjiang Basin, Fuhe Basin, Xinjiang Basin, Raohe Basin, Xiushui Basin and Poyang lake area, accounted for 97.2% of the area of Jiangxi. The different basin provide different develop conditions, and cause intra and inter-regional differences in economic development. On the base of different economic level of region in Poyang Lake Basin, we used Theil Index to analyze the space decomposition, and revealed the reasons and basic laws to serve for the whole development plan of Poyang Lake Basin.

In close-range digital photogrammetry and computer vision, a major challenge is the automation of 3D reconstruction from 2D-images. And single image calibration is a fundamental task in these areas for research. It is known that camera parameters can be recovered by the vanishing points of three orthogonal directions. However, three reliable and well-distributed vanishing points are not always available. Therefore, how to estimate the error of two vanishing points is very significant for us to analyze the precision of camera calibration. New methods for vanishing point detection and error estimation are presented, which can be illustrated as follows. Firstly, the line clustering, which parallel to object lines and correspond to the vanishing points, are detected based on RANSAC (Random Sample Consensus). Secondly, "condition adjustment with parameters" is utilized to estimate a nonlinear error equation. Thirdly, the error of vanishing point is expressed by error ellipse that is derived by co-factor matrix according to adjustment principle. Finally, experimental results of vanishing points coordinates and their errors are shown and analyzed.

Line and plane feature can provide more information than point feature, thus 3D reconstruction based on high-level features, such as line and plane, is an important development trend in Digital Photogrammetry and Computer Vision. Several methods for extracting straight line are researched, and the main procedures can be introduced as follows. Firstly, image is preprocessed by Wallis filtering that is used to enhance the image contrast and reduce the noise, so it is easy to extract more lines. Secondly, Laplacian of Gaussian operator (LoG) and Canny operator algorithms are compared to locate the edge by detecting discontinuity variation in image. Thirdly, Hough transform or perceptual organization based on hypothesis testing are compared and tested for combining and fitting fractured short line segments into a whole line. Lastly, the least square template matching algorithm (LSTM) is done to get higher precise (sub-pixel) located lines. In the experiment, different algorithms for straight line extraction of aerial images are realized and compared, in order to faster achieve richer and higher accurate straight line information, which can pave the way of image understanding and image matching.
