摘要：
This paper puts forward a kind of improved algorithm after analyzing the classical Apriori algorithm. Through scanning database only once, all transactions are transformed into components of a two-dimensional array. The algorithm becomes more practical by introducing weight. Moreover, the unnecessary data are deleted in time, and the joining and pruning steps become simple. This, therefore, improves the efficiency of Apriori algorithm.

摘要：
Our paper mainly discusses the order of Beijing Olympic Games arrange bus to transport Olympian to every gym, in order to spend time as short as possible to finish a circle for next time transporting. First of all, our paper based on Matlab, using Greedy Algorithms figure out this problem and get the problem's Pareto optimal solution. Next, we set up a mixed integer programming model in Lingo as another scheme for the optimal solution. In the end, we compare the two models with algorithms time complexity and results and get our judgment of the two models.

摘要：
With the development of capital markets, the group management of domestic enterprises tends to be popular. How to offer financial information to the information-needers is a critical issue to the accountant as the statement maker of financial information. By means of comparative analysis, this thesis makes research on enterprises consolidated financial statement ( hereinafter to be referred as CFS) theory based on parent company theory, entity theory and proprietorship theory. The thesis also demonstrates the existence of defects in CFS in terms of capital value, interior transaction elimination and value measurement of some stock-holders. Furthermore, it is pointed out that CFS theory should focus on entity theory and utilizes parent company theory in dealing with recognition of consolidated business reputation and elimination of interior transaction.

摘要：
While the whole nation is cheering for Olympic Games and welcomes it with great hospitality, this paper proposed two general dispatch models, took the management of one workshop as example, and provided the solution method for optimizing dispatch matters by using optimize software LINGO9. Through comparison of two models' calculation storage amount and application, recommendation and opinions on choose of model in solving problems in real life was provided, and the LINGO9 program for used for model was presented, which was believed would play a great role in the scheme and management of Beijing Olympic Games.

This paper puts forward a kind of E-learning System architecture module based on Web Mining, analyzes the process of Data Mining and its key techniques, and elaborates the Web text mining by Association Rule. With the use of the web text mining, students' preference information is produced and customized Web services for individual students can be helped to build.

摘要：
This paper proposes a new spatially adaptive smoothing procedure which is based on bagging algorithm and hybrid adaptive splines. Extensive simulation studies demonstrate its advantages in spatial adaptability and competitive performance with other existing well known methods. Furthermore, this method can be easily extended to many multivariate cases.

This paper first uses the chain graphical model, an extension of Bayesian network, to study the efficacy Of Jiangzhiling tablet, a new type of Chinese medicine. This novel approach provides an easily interpretable empirical description of the conditional independence structure and causal relationships among the relevant variables.

摘要：
In order to meet the demand of exchange, share and reuse business knowledge among the different government institutions in e-government, an ontology-based approach to modeling and collaborating e-government business knowledge was proposed. An e-government business ontology (EG- BOnt) was designed. The model of EG-BOnt was described by the IDEF5 graphically. Then the precise syntax and formal semantics of EG-BOnt were defined by OWL language because of its stronger semantics and logic relation expressiveness. Finally, the architecture of e-government knowledge collaboration management platform based on EG-BOnt was presented. This approach accelerates a common understanding of relevant business knowledge and provides a new research direction about implement the interoperation of the heterogeneous government institutions in e-government. It will be helpful to improve the efficiency and quality of e- government services and promote the realization of one-stop e-government.

摘要：
The paper presented a method of digital image scrambling based on binary tree generated by chaotic sequences. First, conservative chaos system is iterated to produce chaotic sequences after given initial value and parameters. Then, binary tree is generated by chaotic sequences according to certain rule. At last, the order received by inorder traversing the binary tree is used to transform order of pixels. In this method of digital image scrambling the secret key is initial value and parameters. This method is flexible to use because the secret key is separated from algorithms. It remedies inadequateness of flexibility in other algorithms merely adopting fixed binary tree. Some evaluation indexes show that the method has good effect of image scrambling.

Rainfall is one of the most important ecological and environmental factors which influences the germination, growth and subsequent establishment of plants and species composition in many areas of the world, especially in arid and semi-arid areas. A large number of scientists and scholars have been doing research on it and produced a great many useful results. This paper is a comprehensive analysis on the study of rainfall in the last decades, including various methods such as modeling, simulation, statistics, time-series, predicting and so on dealing with rainfall distribution, intensity, long-term trends and so forth. The methods and productions could provide references for our further study on rainfall analysis.

Population-based association study using unrelated individuals is a powerful strategy (Risch and Merikangas, 1996; Risch, 2000) for detecting association between markers and quantitative trait loci (QTLs). However, association test using unrelated individuals may suffer from confounding due to population structure. In this paper, we examine the impact of confounding due to population substructure on commonly used statistical procedures. Two study designs for genetic association study are considered: 1) retrospective sampling of cases and controls according to two cutoff points of the quantitative trait values (high or low) with allele frequency based test statistic; 2) random sample of individuals with regression analysis. For the first design, we consider the impact of confounder on association analysis between markers and QTLs. It is found that the false positive rate (or type I error) could be inflated substantially in the presence of both population stratification and trait heterogeneity; under other situations (e.g., in the presence of population stratification without trait heterogeneity), the inflated false positive rate is relatively minor. For the second design, we consider candidate marker association analysis. It is found that the inflated false positive rate could also be considerable in the presence of both population stratification and trait heterogeneity. Simulation studies confirm the theoretical results.
摘要：
Data fields in a form contain invaluable information so that field data extraction is important in form processing. Most conventional data extraction methods depend on the line frames. However there are many types of forms such as table-form and non table-from that are without line frames and popularly used in our daily lives as well. A new field locating method using priori knowledge is proposed. It is based on two-level regulated hit or miss transform features of form background. The feasibility of the method is proved theoretically. Experiments and application show that it is several dozen times faster than ordinary regulated hit or miss transform and the correct rate is satisfied with real applications.

摘要：
The problem of the capacity expansion of a network by means of expanding the capacity of its arcs is elaborated in this paper. By using the theory and algorithm of the maximum flow, the minimum cut-set and the bottleneck of the network can be found, then the expansible arcs are sought according to whether there exists any augmenting path in the minimum cut-set. If the expansible arcs exist, the capacity of the network can be expanded by means of expanding the capacity of those arcs to increase the maximum flow. In order to fulfill the goal, the algorithms of the expansible arc and the optimal expansion arc are presented and the complexity analyses of those algorithms are given as well.
