where $\varepsilon $ is a small positive parameter, $N \ge 3$, ${2^ * } = \frac{{2N}}
{{N - 2}}$, $4 < q < 2 \cdot {2^ * }$, $\min V > 0$ and $\inf W > 0$. Under proper assumptions, we obtain the existence and concentration phenomena of soliton solutions of the above problem. With minimax theorems and Ljusternik-Schnirelmann theory, we also obtain multiple soliton solutions by employing the topology of the set where the potentials $V(x)$ attains its minimum and $W(x)$ attains its maximum.

摘要:
With the rapid development of air transportation industry, the efficient arrangement scheme of the aircrew problem is becoming more and more important. This paper solves the aircrew problem by 0-1 integer programming model and genetic algorithm model. Especially it puts forward the suitable genetic operations to solve the the problem of group cross, group mutation and evolutionary cycle. In addition, according to different sizes of personnel issues, we set up the above two models and solve the models respectively by Lingo and Matlab programming. According to the analysis, we find that it is high efficiency to use integer programming to solve small personnel problem, and can find the global optimal solution in a short period of time, but it takes much time when faced with massive problems. However the calculated time does not significantly increase with the increasing scale of problem by the genetic algorithm, which explains the genetic algorithm has high efficiency for this problem, especially in solving large-scale of the aircrew problems.

摘要:
With the aim to meet the requirements of multi-directional choice, the paper raise a new approach to the invariant feature extraction of handwritten Chinese characters, with ridgelet transform as its foundation. First of all, the original images will be rotated to the Radon circular shift by means of Radon transform. On the basis of the characteristic that Fourier transform is row shift invariant, then, the one-dimensional Fourier transform will be adopted in the Radon domain to gain the conclusion that magnitude matrixes bear the rotation-invariance as a typical feature, which is pretty beneficial to the invariant feature extraction of rotation. When such is done, one-dimensional wavelet transform will be carried out in the direction of rows, thus achieving perfect choice of frequency, which makes it possible to extract the features of sub-line in the appropriate frequencies. Finally, the average values, standard deviations and the energy values will form the feature vector which is extracted from the ridgelet sub-bands. The approaches mentioned in the paper could satisfy the requirements from the form automatic processing on the recognition of handwritten Chinese characters.

摘要:
Maximum entropy method (MEM) is the traditional approach to estimate interbank exposure matrix, which is the key to assess contagion effect in banking system. Recently, a new transfer entropy method (TEM) is proposed to estimate interbank exposure matrix. This paper employs the two approaches to estimate interbank exposure matrix of Chinese banking system, and then simulate the contagion process given the initial failure of a bank in the system. The comparison of the results indicate that MEM is consistent with TEM when it comes to general and qualitative features of Chinese banking system; while the differences begin to emerge when it comes to the exact and quantitative features of Chinese banking system.

According to the characteristics of fuel transportation problem, the traditional genetic algorithm model is improved in this paper. The complexity of encoding is simplified by considering the condition of putting the distances of the tanker going halfway back and forth into the objective function. Scanning method is used to generate the initial population improving the quality of chromosomes in the initial population. Adopting the way of "interval crossover, random replacement" ensures the effectiveness and randomness of the crossover. Adding the operation of evolutionary cycle after crossover and mutation operation enhances the local search ability of the algorithm. Finally through MATLAB programming, the traditional genetic algorithm, the scanning genetic algorithm and the evolutionary cycle genetic algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm are compared which further verifies that the improved genetic algorithm is effective.
摘要:
Barrier coverage based on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) has been widely used to prevent intruder trespassing in monitoring systems. Traditionally, enabling perfect barrier coverage is considered the most important goal of barrier coverage studies. Imperfect coverage has been deemed to be a failure. In our research, we attempted to use the redundant sensor nodes in WSNs to prolong the optimal network lifetime of barrier coverage by adding imperfect barrier coverage. Specifically, we devised two schemes, CIBC-1 and CIBC-2, to construct imperfect barrier coverage in order to improve the performance of the existing optimal network lifetime scheduling algorithms for barrier coverage. Our simulation results indicate that our schemes can significantly extend the network lifetime resulting from the state-of-the-art network lifetime scheduling algorithms.

This paper exhibits a distinguishing algorithmic feature of a phase transition point of a random system I of m linear equations over a finite field with n variables: the complexity of Gaussian elimination for testing satisfiability of the systems approaches maximum at the satisfiability threshold point m/n = 1, and the worst instances should be found at the point. It is very interesting that the algorithm exactly undergoes an easy/hard transition at the satisfiability threshold point.

A path in a graph is called extendable if it is a proper subpath of another path. A graph is locally connected if every neighborhood induces a connected subgraph. We show that, for each graph G of order n, there exists a threshold number s such that every path of order smaller than s is extendable and there exists a non-extendable path of order t for each t is an element of {s, ... , n - 1} if G satisfies any one of the following three conditions: the degree sum d(u) + d(nu) >= n for any two nonadjacent vertices u and nu; P-4-free and omega(G - S) <= vertical bar S vertical bar for every cut set S of G: connected, locally connected, and K-1.3-free where P-4 and K-1,K-3 denote a path of order 4 and a complete bipartite graph with 1 and 3 vertices in each color class, respectively. 摘要:
Chemical reaction(ACR) optimization algorithm invented recently by Bilal Alatas is a heuristics algorithm. However, there is still an insufficiency in ACR algorithm regarding its solution search equation, which is good at exploration but poor at exploitation. Inspired by Particle swarm optimization, we propose an improved ACR algorithm called gbest-guided ACR (GACR) algorithm by incorporating the information of global best (gbest) solution into the solution search equation to improve the exploitation. The experimental results tested on a set of numerical benchmark functions show that GACR algorithm can outperform ACR algorithm in most of the experiments
摘要:
This paper introduces a novel feature matching algorithm using both Image interpolating method and edge detecting method to make feature matching more precise. The proposed feature matching is composed of four elements: inputting data, interpolating method, features extracting and matching. At first, the tasks in human anatomy and the method to input slices data are introduced. Secondly, we propose a novel slices matching using image interpolating method and edge detecting method. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach owns the properties both quickly and exactly. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
In this article, we present a natural extension of accelerated failure time model for survival data to formulate the effects of covariates on the mean function of the counting process for Clustered Recurrent event data. For the inference on the unknown model parameter, generalized estimating equation methods are developed. Based on modern empirical process theory, the consistency and asymptotic normality properties of the proposed estimators are proved.

摘要:
With the initial conditions in the chemical non‐equilibrated medium and Bjorken expanding medium at RHIC, we investigate the consequence for parton evolution. With considering the parton equilibration, we obtain the time dependence of the opacity when the jet propagates through the QGP medium. The parton equilibration affect the jet energy loss with detailed balance evidently. Both parton energy loss from stimulated emission in the chemical non‐equilibrated expanding medium and in Bjorken expanding medium are linear dependent on the propagating distance rather than square dependent in the static medium. This will increase the energy and propagating distance dependence of the parton energy loss.

In this paper, we have found a bridge between a class of cubic vector fields in R-3 and the tangent vector fields of two-dimensional manifold S-2, and have proved the existence of at least 5 isolated closed orbits for a class of cubic system in R-3, which are located on the five invariant closed cones of the system.

摘要:
We report the evolution effects on jet energy loss with detailed balance. The initial conditions and parton evolution based on perturbative QCD in the chemical non-equilibrated medium and Bjorken expanding medium at RHIC are determined. The parton evolution affect the jet energy loss evidently. This will increase the energy and propagating distance dependence of the parton energy loss and will affect the shape of suppression of moderately high P_{T} hadron spectra. This paper, based on reviewing the relevant documents, studies the financial effects of purchase method and pooling of interest method via analyzing and comparing the two methods with correlated cases. It comes to the conclusion that the reason for the disparate financial effects lies in the inconsistent valuation basis for assets and liabilities. Aiming at the special financing and regulatory environment in our nation, this paper points out that it's crucia l to handle the restrictions on the employment of pooling of interest method and to consider the recognition criteria of purchasers in using purchase method. Finally the paper puts forward a prospect for the new subject law in the applicat ion of the business combination in our nation.
