摘要:
A series of Ti<inf>1-x</inf>Zr<inf>x</inf>O<inf>2</inf> solid solutions photocatalysts (x = 0.000, 0.045, 0.090, 0.135, and 0.180) was directly obtained by an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. Compared with previous methods for solid solutions, our preparation was very fast. The resulting samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption, and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The characterizations revealed core-shell spherical structures of the resulting solid solutions. We evaluated photocatalytic activities of the solid solutions on degradation of rhodamine B in aqueous solution under simulated solar light. It was found that Ti<inf>0.91</inf>Zr<inf>0.09</inf>O<inf>2</inf> solid solution exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity among all the as-prepared samples. Its activity was much higher than that of P25. The formation mechanism of core-shell spherical structures was proposed. Moreover, we successfully extended this method to prepare microspheres of ceria and ceria-zirconia solid solutions. We think this general method may be easily scaled up for industrial production of microspherical solid solutions photocatalysts and catalysts. ©2006 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
玉嘧磺隆(rimsulfuron),又称砜嘧磺隆,商品名为宝成(Titus),系杜邦公司于上世纪80代年中期成功研发的磺酰脲类除草剂.施药采取芽后处理,通过杂草茎叶及根部吸收迅速在植物体内传导并抑制杂草缬氨酸及异亮氨酸的合成,阻止细胞分裂,杀死杂草.敏感杂草吸药后3天变黄,1~3周内枯萎死亡.1992年在欧洲注册用于玉米田,1995年在美国注册用于马铃薯与玉米田,1997年在我国注册作为玉米田苗后除草剂开始推广使用.它是近年来开发的磺酰脲类除草剂品种中较突出的品种之一,其主要特点是:(1)生物活性高,每公顷用量5~20 g.可有效防除大多数阔叶与禾本科杂草,如田蓟、马唐、鸭趾草、稗草、多花黑麦草、反枝苋、猪殃殃、繁蒌、虞美人等;(2)使用范围广,可用于玉米、马铃薯与番茄等作物;(3)毒性低,在土壤中半衰期短,对轮作中各种后茬作物安全.本文研究玉嘧磺隆的合成路线的选择。

吡啶作为苯环的生物等排体常被用作分子设计的有效基团,含吡啶类农药已成为近20多年来新农药刮制研究的热点领域之一。1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物具有杀虫、杀菌、除草、调节植物生长以及药物活性等多种功效口圳,因而该类化合物的研究迄今仍方兴未艾。本文根据活性亚结构连接法,将吡啶基、酰胺基、1,3,4-噻二唑环等活性基团拼接到同一分子中,以期获得高活性的植物生长调节物质,设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的[5-(3-吡啶基)-2-芳氧乙酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑。合成路线如下:

摘要:
(E)-α-(Methoxyimino)-2-[1-(aryloxy)methyl] -benzeneacetates, the analogues of Kresoxim-methyl, were stereoselectively synthesized with the coupling reaction of 2-methylphenyldiazonium chloride and methyl 2-hydroxyiminoacetate in the presence of CuSO4/Na2SO3 as a key step, and it was first found that the coupling reaction could give the key intermediate material(E)- and(Z)-methyl 2-(hydroxyimino)-2-o-tolylacetate with a molar ratio of 14:1. The (E)-configurations of all these compounds were assigned on the basis of their 2D-NOESY spectra of 1H NMR. The preliminary bioassays indicate that most of the compounds show an activity against a wide variety of fungi.

摘要:
用电化学方法对茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)二元络合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用进行了研究,发现在pH4.9的六次甲基四胺[(CH2)5N4]缓冲液中,茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)络合物能与牛血清白蛋白生成一种非电活性的络合物,导致茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)的峰电流降低,峰电流降低值△ip在一定范围内与BSA的浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为1.5~17.5mg·L^-1,相关系数为0.997,检出限为1.5mg·L^-1,RSD为2.1%,回收率为102%,该法可用于蛋白质的测定。

摘要:
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱选择离子(SPE-GC-MS-SIM)直接分析果品中赤霉素(GA3)残留量的方法。研究了样品在C18萃取柱上的保留行为。采用HP-1的色谱柱,直接进样GC-MS测定,选择离子监测(SIM)克服了样品基体干扰,灵敏度较全谱扫描高。线性范围为0.11~3.3×10^3mg·L^-1,检出限为0.11mg·kg^-1,回收率为75.3%~101.3%,RSD小于4.759/6。

摘要:
The thienopyridine derivative 2, obtained from reaction of acetoacetic ester with 1 in the presence of tin tetrachloride, was treated with triphenylphosphine in hexachloroethane and Et3N to give iminophosphorane 3. Iminophosphorane 3 reacted with phenyl isocyanate to give carbodiimide 4, which was further treated with phenols or ethenol to produce 2-substituted 5,8,9-trimethyl-3-phenyl-thieno[3′,2′-5,6]pyrido[4,3- d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 5 in presence of catalytic amount of K2CO 3 or EtONa. The structures of compounds 5 were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis.

微波辅助组合合成技术是近年来发展起来的一种新的制备化合物库的组合化学技术,它不仅可以克服传统固相组合合成技术以及液相组合合成技术无法提高产物收率的不足,而且利用该技术所制得的化合物库中对应的是高纯度的单一化合物,采用高通量筛选技术可以快速直接地确定高活性结构,极大地提高了新药开发的效率.主要就近年来微波辅助组合合成技术的研究进展情况进行介绍,内容包括固相组合合成、基于聚合物支载的催化剂的组合合成、液相组合合成、氟相组合合成以及组合平行合成等.

摘要:
A series of 2-substituted-8-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yloxy)-4- methylphthalazin-1-one derivatives, 7a-7w, were designed via an ortho-substituent cyclization strategy to discover a new herbicidal lead structure. These compounds were synthesized by a seven-step route using 3-hydroxy-acetophenone as a starting material. Determination of the K i values against wild-type A. thaliana acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS) (EC 4.1.3.18) indicated that some of the compounds displayed good enzyme inhibition activity comparable to that of KIH-6127. The further preliminary bioassay data on weeds showed that the synthesized compounds exhibited typical injury symptoms of AHAS-inhibiting herbicides, and some of them showed broad-spectrum and high herbicidal activities in postemergence treatments against Echinochloa crusgalli, Digitaria sanguinalis, Setaria viridis, Brassica juncea, Amaranthus retroflexus, and Chenopodium album at an application rate of 150 g ai/ha. To our knowledge, this is the first report of methylphthalazin-1- one derivatives as AHAS inhibitors. © 2006 American Chemical Society.

Iminophosphorane 1 reacted with an aromatic isocyanate to unexpectedly give a mixture of carbodiimides 2, 3 and 4 through both the normal and the abnormal aza-Wittig reactions. 3-Aminoimidazolone 10 was obtained from the reaction of hydrazine hydrate with carbodiimide 2. Reaction of 10 with triphenyphosphane, hexachloroethane and triethylamine produced iminophosphorane 11 in good yield. A tandem aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 11 with isocyanate or CS2 generated 3,5-dihydro-6H-imidazo[1,2-b]-1,2,4-triazol-6-ones 13 or 15 in satisfactory yield. Carbodiimides 18, obtained from normal aza-Wittig reactions of vinyl iminophosphorane 17 with aromatic isocyanates, reacted with hydrazine to give 2-arylamino-3-amino-4H-imidazol-4-ones 20. One-pot reactions of 2-arylamino-3-amino-4H-imidazol-4-ones 20 with isocyanates (or acyl chlorides), triphenyphosphane, hexachloroethane and triethylamine produced 3,5-dihydro-6H-imidazo[1,2-b]-1,2,4- triazol-6-ones 22 (or 23) in good yields. 摘要:
为了寻找高效、安全的具有除草活性的新化合物,利用2-取代乙酰氯和2H苯并[b][1,4]嗯嗪-3-酮反应合成了9个N-(7-氟-3-氧-3,4-二氢苯并[b][1,4]噁嗪-6-基-)乙酰胺类化合物,其结构经元素分析、IR、^1H NMR确证。初步除草活性测试表明:在有效剂量75g/hm^2下,化合物5d芽后茎叶处理对刺苋Amaranthus spinosus等4种杂草显示出90%以上的抑制率。
