Professor Hirsch put forward the H Index in 2005, and since then the index caused a comparatively great echo at home and aboard.It can not only be used in the evaluation of academic performance of individuals or groups, but also be applied to the research on evaluation of the influence of academic journal and patent information.The paper aims at discussing the H Index, and analyzing factors that influence the academic achievement of scientific researchers. Lastly, the paper presents several correction methods and measures.The study is very valuable for the accurate application of H Index in China.

摘要:
KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) is an enterpriseknowledge-process-oriented outsourcing model referring to knowledge-intensive services.As a new type of outsourcing mode, KPO requires significant domain expertise and high intellectual activity and has a great market demand.The business area and contents of KPO overlap with CTI (Competitive Technical Intelligence) service, and its advent provides a new way of thinking for CTI service's mode innovation in China.This paper firstly analyzes business integration of KPO and CTI from their service types and contents; and then it describes some new types of CTI service's mode based on KPO; and finally it does a case study taking Sunyu InfoTech for example, hoping to give some inspiration for Science and Technology Information Department and enterprise CTI service.

Visual hull of object has been widely applied in many fields in computer vision. The methods computing visual hulls are mainly classified into two categories: surface-based approaches and volume-based approaches. Surface-based approaches are precise and lack robustness while volume-based approaches are robust but inaccurate and work slowly. However, the speeds of both methods cannot satisfy the demand of real-time application. The paper proposes a novel method to compute visual hull rapidly. To this aim, the method is based on viewing lines. First, the viewing lines are computed from all the contours of the object from different viewpoints. Secondly, the viewing lines are confined within limits and sampled into some dispersive points. Thirdly, a sequence of images of the object is used to exclude points which locate outside the surface of the visual hull. Finally, a water-tight surface of visual hull is extracted from the remnant points. Experiments with real data are conducted to test the rapidity of the proposed method. (C) 2013 Elsevier GmbH. 摘要:
Value-fit is the key aspect of people-organization fit. It has profound effect on the employee performance and organization output. Our research is based on the theoretical and logical reasoning and literature analysis, we conclude that (1) people-organization fit and its dimensions are positively correlated to work engagement; people-organization value-fit and its dimensions have significant predictive effect on work engagement. (2) conscientiousness has significant moderation effect in the relationship of people-organization value-fit and work engagement. These concludes not only greatly enriched existing research works in the field of value-fit, but also advanced the exploration of antecedents of work engagement.
