摘要:
This paper first discusses the narrow and broad sense of the Knowledge Supply Chain (KSC) proposed by Chinese scholars, and based on this, advances the definition of the Enterprise Knowledge Supply Chain (EKSC). Then, the three problems needed to be solved in constructing the EKSC are put forward which include the ignorance of the peripheral branches of the Enterprise Knowledge Supply Chain (PBEKS), the identification and segmentation of knowledge users of the EKSC, and the high-level requirements of timely response of the EKSC. Meanwhile, the methods and thoughts of Cloud Computing are adopted to solve those problems and the effects which are favorable to the EKSC brought by the Cloud Computing are proposed. Those effects include encouraging enterprises to attach importance to the PBEKS, providing distributed storage and distributed computing capabilities, and substantial improvements in the communication and teamwork of the EKSC. By means of analogy, the design principles and design thoughts are put forward from analyzing the principles and operation mechanisms of the branching and convergence of the human body blood circulation system. According to the design principles and design thoughts, the overall structure design of the Cloud-computing-based EKSC and the detailed design of the resource structure of the Cloud-computing-based PBEKS are given.

Author cooperation relationship in scientific research is of great significance to resource sharing, exchange of ideas, knowledge dissemination, information acquisition, etc. In this paper, author cooperation relationship in knowledge management field has been deeply by the social network analysis (SNA). The characteristics and present situation and problems of the author cooperation have been revealed through building cooperation network diagram and analyzing network central, network density, small groups, in order to provide some inspiration for knowledge communication and policies making.

This paper conducts a citation analysis of 2155 articles from 2002-2011 in Information Science using citespace to highlight developments and to identify possible gaps. The visualization analysis of keyword, cited reference, institution and cited journal reveals the research hotspots, development approaches, historical trends, highly productive institutions and top ranked journals in this discipline. In all, Information Science is a interdisciplinarity field and related reseach needs special attention to domain-specific knowledge.

Cloud computing technology has become an irreversible trend and the exploration to it has become a research focus.This paper conducts an in-depth patent information analysis related to cloud computing in order to identify key research areas and applications.This paper highlights the importance of innovative design concept of cloud computing, emphasizes the significant function of derwent classification code in patent analysis and utilizes it as an equivalence for keyword in bibliometric analysis for patent intelligence a-nalysis subtly.In order to study key researches and applications of Cloud Computing, this paper conducts a research on bibliometric and visualization analysis of patent information on Cloud Computing.Finally, we finds out that cloud computing related technologies are mostly the product of cross-disciplinary development, mainly in digital computer; and also include telephone &data transmission system; alarm, signal, telemetry&.remote control; and broadcasting, wireless &-line transmission systems, etc..

This paper focuses on semantic knowledge acquisition from blogs with the proposed tagtopic model. The model extends the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model by adding a tag layer between the document and the topic. Each document is represented by a mixture of tags; each tag is associated with a multinomial distribution over topics and each topic is associated with a multinomial distribution over words. After parameter estimation, the tags are used to describe the underlying topics. Thus the latent semantic knowledge within the topics could be represented explicitly. The tags are treated as concepts, and the top-TV words from the top topics are selected as related words of the concepts. Then PMI-IR is employed to compute the relatedness between each tag-word pair and noisy words with low correlation removed to improve the quality of the semantic knowledge. Experiment results show that the proposed method can effectively capture semantic knowledge, especially the polyseme and synonym.

This article is based on the statistics from the database of CNKI. With Bibliometric and statistical methods the authors make a information analysis of research paper the issued in periodical during 2000~June. 1. 2012 about the aspects such as time distribution, journal distribution, author cooperation and keywords study, in the end of the paper, the authors summarized four points about the research situation of open access, providing suggestions to the development of Open Access in China.

摘要:
Knapsack problem is a classical combinatorial optimisation problem. This paper presents greedy continuous particle swarm optimisation (GCPSO) algorithm to solve the knapsack problem. First, the greedy strategy is introduced into the process of particles' initialisation based on standard particle swarm optimisation (SPSO). This strategy guarantees the particle swarm has a better beginning in a degree. Second, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the knapsack problem's solution space, and in terms of the binary code in evolutionary computation, the paper presents multi-state coding. To some extent, the multi-state coding reduces the data redundancy when encoding the solution of the knapsack problem. In experiments, the authors used discrete particle swarm algorithm as well as continuous particle swarm algorithm to find solutions for the knapsack problem. The experimental results show that the GCPSO algorithm provides better solution for the knapsack problems.
