摘要:
在线医患沟通是网络医疗健康服务的主要形式,深度分析其中的医患知识不对称规律有助于消除医患沟通障碍。本研究选取"春雨医生"在线沟通数据,从关键词主题、概念和语义关系三个维度探索知识不对称规律。结果表明:(1)医患关键词主题存在阶段差异,患者多关注"症状描述""询问治疗"等主题,集中于主诉和治疗阶段,医生多关注"疾病解释""治疗建议"等主题,集中于诊断和治疗建议阶段;(2)在概念理解上,医生的用词专业性更高,知识表达更准确;(3)医生的关键词间语义依存关系种类更多,关联强度更大。研究结果有助于提高医患沟通效率,促进在线医患沟通服务的发展。

摘要:
Information release is an important way for governments to deal with public health emergencies, and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting epidemic prevention and control, enhancing public awareness of the epidemic situation and mobilizing social resources. Focusing on the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic in China, this investigation chose 133 information release accounts of the Chinese government and relevant departments at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, including Ministries of the State Council, Departments of Hubei Province Government, and Bureaus of Wuhan Government, covering their portals, apps, Weibos, and WeChats. Then, the characteristics such as scale, agility, frequency, originality, and impact of different levels, departments, and channels of the information releases by the Chinese government on the COVID-19 epidemic were analyzed. Finally, the overall situation was concluded by radar map analysis. It was found that the information release on the COVID-19 epidemic was coordinated effectively at different levels, departments, and channels, as evidenced by the complementarity between channels, the synergy between the national and local governments, and the coordination between departments, which guaranteed the rapid success of the epidemic prevention and control process in China. This investigation could be a reference for epidemic prevention and control for governments and international organizations, such as the World Health Organization (WHO), during public health emergencies, e.g. the COVID-19 pandemic. © 2020 Quan Lu et al., published by Sciendo

[目的/意义]专业领域微博往往具有话题的高维稀疏性,探寻此类情境下微博热点话题挖掘的高效模型,以便相关管理部门快速掌握领域近况并进行决策。[方法/过程]提出高维稀疏情境下微博热点话题挖掘模型,引入领域词典监督预处理微博文本,基于朴素贝叶斯分类器进行特定领域信息识别,采用"密度—距离"快速搜索聚类算法实现领域热点话题挖掘,并以国土资源领域为典型进行实证。[结果/结论]本文模型能在高维稀疏情境下准确识别专业领域信息并挖掘出热点话题,有助于专业领域微博舆情分析与预警。

摘要:
[目的/意义]从知识主题的角度切入,建立全面的课程知识体系,解决现有课程体系设计和教学中的课程间知识点重复及“知识孤岛”问题,从而有效开展专业知识服务.[方法/过程]以临床医学专业主干课程为研究对象,基于医学主题词表、电子教材、电子教案等医学教育数据,通过LDA模型挖掘课程中的知识主题,利用关联分析揭示课程间、知识主题间及课程与知识主题间的细粒度关联,从而构建临床医学课程知识主题图谱.[结果/结论]研究从专业课程体系与知识主题视角构建出领域知识图谱,有助于教学管理人员及师生掌握专业知识体系,开展知识导向型教学活动,推进医学领域知识组织与服务及智慧医学教育发展.

摘要:
[目的]构建适应大数据环境的中文网络健康社区用户信息需求挖掘框架,以肿瘤科为例分析用户信息需求.[方法]使用潜在语义索引(LSI)模型和MapReduce分布式文本聚类技术对中文网络健康社区——求医网肿瘤板块的全部提问数据(共计24 305条)进行用户信息需求挖掘.[结果]挖掘出用户的5个信息需求类目及其占比:治疗(43.3%)、病理及病因(34.5%)、检查(12.1%)、术后(7.0%)、预防(3.1%),各类目下Top20关键词;发现国内外各需求类目占比差异巨大;预防信息需求将持续上升;需求的性别差异显著,男性最关注治疗信息、女性最关注病理及病因信息;需求的年龄差异较大,青年群体占比极高(83.79%)等.[局限]可能存在更好的阈值选择,更完整医学主题词表;尚未进行信息需求的多维分析.[结论]本文框架可在大数据环境下挖掘用户信息需求,并分析需求的变化趋势以及年龄与性别差异.

基于眼动追踪的文档内信息搜寻用户深、浅阅读行为自动识别研究

摘要:
【目的/意义】用户在进行文档内信息搜寻时,根据自身需求和阅读深入程度的不同,呈现出两种不同的阅读行为——深阅读与浅阅读。自动识别用户的深浅阅读有利于改善当前对深、浅阅读区分存在主观性强、耗时耗力的问题,对于研究文档内信息搜寻用户的个性化认知机制,优化用户信息搜寻体验也提供了很好的帮助。【方法/过程】本文根据前人对深、浅阅读的研究,利用K-means聚类算法构建文档内信息搜寻用户深、浅阅读行为的自动识别模型,并用实验验证模型分类的准确度。【结果/结论】实验结果显示,深、浅阅读在注视点持续时长、眼跳距离、眼跳方向和相邻注视点中心纵坐标距离这四个特征上有很大的差异,同时经过专家验证,K-means聚类模型识别深、浅阅读总准确率片段数为84.95%,片段时长为94.32%,达到了自动、准确识别文档内信息搜寻用户的深、浅阅读行为的效果。

[目的/意义]电子病历大数据作为主要的医疗健康大数据,具有较高的研究与应用价值,但其多源异构特性阻碍了其有效利用,需要针对性研究其组织问题。[研究设计/方法]本研究从电子病历大数据与疾病知识体系的联系出发,提出了一个基于扩展疾病本体的电子病历大数据组织模型框架,通过多源知识聚合进行疾病本体知识体系扩展,进而基于扩展后的疾病本体知识体系进行电子病历大数据映射,实现了电子病历大数据的知识描述与组织。[结论/发现]利用维基百科与MIMIC数据集进行了实验验证,实验表明模型框架与方法行之有效。[创新/价值]本研究可以有效支持多源异构电子病历大数据的知识组织与多样化的精准数据访问,拓展了医疗健康大数据的组织与利用途径,有助于提升医疗健康大数据利用率。

[目的/意义]在线医疗社区作为新型医患互动的医疗服务平台,其中的咨询服务是社区吸引用户的重要功能,而付费咨询也是社区赢利的关键模块。了解付费咨询时患者择医行为的信息需求与影响因素,能够更好地改善医生的服务、提升社区活力。[方法/过程]基于消费者信任理论和消费者感知理论,同时考虑在线社区的研究背景,创新地加入价格和从众心理的作用,建立在线医疗社区患者择医行为的影响模型,并以好大夫在线为例,爬取网站数据进行回归分析,以验证变量之间的因果关联。[结果/结论]实证分析证实医生的线下声誉、线上口碑、服务质量、贡献价值、热度以及价格等因素对患者择医行为的影响,且患者线上择医行为也表现出与传统线下择医的差异。研究结果可为医生改进服务和平台社区促活增收提供参考建议。

摘要:
Human interpretation of images during image annotation is complicated, but most existing interactive image annotation systems are generally operated based on social tagging, while ignoring that tags are insufficient to convey image semantics. Hence, it is critical to study the nature of image annotation behaviors and process. This study investigated annotation tactics, transitions, strategies and their efficiency during the image annotation process. A total of 90 participants were recruited to annotate nine pictures in three emotional dimensions with three interactive annotation methods. Data collected from annotation logs and verbal protocols were analyzed by applying both qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings of this study show that the cognitive process of human interpretation of images is rather complex, which reveals a probable bias in research involving image relevance feedback. Participants preferred applying scroll bar (Scr) and image comparison (Cim) tactics comparing with rating tactic (Val), and they did fewer fine tuning activities, which reflects the influence of perceptual level and users’ cognitive load during image annotation. Annotation tactic transition analysis showed that Cim was more likely to be adopted at the beginning of each phase, and the most remarkable transition was from Cim to Scr. By applying sequence analysis, the authors found 10 most commonly used sequences representing four types of annotation strategies, including Single tactic strategy, Tactic combination strategy, Fix mode strategy and Shift mode strategy. Furthermore, two patterns, “quarter decreasing” and “transition cost,” were identified based on time data, and both multiple tactics (e.g., the combination of Cim and Scr) and fine tuning activities were recognized as efficient tactic applications. Annotation patterns found in this study suggest more research needs to be done considering the need for multi-interactive methods and their influence. The findings of this study generated detailed and useful guidance for the interactive design in image annotation systems, including recommending efficient tactic applications in different phases, highlighting the most frequently applied tactics and transitions, and avoiding unnecessary transitions. © 2018

眼动追踪技术具有其他用户行为研究方法难以企及的精确性,但现有眼动追踪方法只能提供屏幕上的坐标信息,不支持复杂或动态界面下的用户信息行为研究,难以满足多样的用户信息行为研究需求。文章提出一种复杂动态界面下的用户注视内容追踪方法,以在布局变化、刺激材料变化及滚动操作等情境下自动获取多粒度的用户注视内容数据。实验案例表明该方法客观、准确、高效的特点,可有力支持多种用户信息行为研究。

摘要:
Drug-drug interactions (DDIs) are one of the major causes of adverse drug events (ADEs), therefore, the prediction of DDIs for avoiding the ADEs is an important issue, which can help medical researchers economize research related resources in clinical trials. This study aims to predict DDIs based on drug similarity and ontology reasoning, and accordingly gives some possible explanations to why these drugs have DDIs. we develop a DDIs ontology integrated with similar drugs and pharmacokinetics(PK) mechanism, and formulate rules for inferring DDIs. Our method extends the existing research ideas, not only adds extrapolation of unknown data, but also reduces reliance on known data, and innovatively combines similar drugs with PK mechanism, which proved to be useful for inferring DDIs and can give some possible explanations for these DDIs. Besides our study is less demanding for data type, and the rules are more concise.

随着数字媒体技术和互联网的发展,人们越来越多的使用电子设备进行学术文档阅读,浅阅读现象广泛存在。与此同时,辅助阅读系统被广泛应用于学术文档阅读中以增强阅读效率与效果。本文通过分析用户学术文档辅助阅读时的眼动数据,对比研究了用户使用学术文档辅助阅读系统时的深浅阅读行为,从而基于此,探析了学术文档辅助阅读的浅阅读行为特征。研究发现在进行学术文档阅读行为中,深阅读和浅阅读同时存在,浅阅读和深阅读在眼跳距离、注视时间等指标上存在显著差异,浅阅读的眼跳距离小于深阅读的眼跳距离,注视时间要比深阅读更短。

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the difference between experts and novices when reading with navigational table of contents (N-TOC). Experts refer to readers with high level of domain knowledge; novices refer to readers with low level of domain knowledge. Design/methodology/approach: The authors performed a controlled experiment of three reading tasks (including fact finding task, partial understanding task, and full-text understanding task) on an N-TOC system for 35 post-graduates of Wuhan University who have rich experience in reading with N-TOC. Participants’ domain knowledge was measured by pre-experiment questionnaires; reading performance data including score, time, navigation use, and evaluation of N-TOC were collected. Findings: The results showed that there was significant difference in neither navigation use nor participants’ evaluation, but domain experts performed significantly better in both score and time of all tasks than domain novices, which revealed an “illusion of control” phenomenon that rich experience in reading with N-TOC enabled domain novices to achieve the same performance as domain experts. In addition, this research found that N-TOC was not suitable for domain novices to solve full-text understanding task because of “cognitive overload” phenomenon. Originality/value: This study makes a good contribution to the literature on the effect of domain knowledge on reading performance during N-TOC reading and how to provide better digital reading service in the field of library science and information science. © 2018, Emerald Publishing Limited.

[目的/意义]依据前景理论的核心内容,深入探究信息搜索的有限理性特征,试图深入揭示用户信息搜索过程中的决策行为规律,为精准分析、评估与预测信息搜索用户行为提供理论指导与方法支持。[方法/过程]在阐述前景理论核心内容的基础上,采用调查与统计分析方法,以验证用户信息搜索的参照依赖、风险偏好逆转、损失规避、敏感度递减及框架效应。[结果/结论]用户的信息搜索有限理性行为符合前景理论特征:用户在信息搜索时,存在效率与效果两方面的参照依赖,且面临获利前案时,有风险规避倾向,而面,临损失前景时,有风险追求倾向;延迟比提前完成任务的感受更剧烈,符合损失规避特性,且越远离参考点,决策者感受边际变化越少,具有敏感度递减特性;同时,框架效应明显,呈现出正框架风险避免和负框架风险寻求特征。这为利用前詈理论进行用户信息搜索行为解释与预测提供了实验证明。

摘要:
Following an integrated data analytics framework that includes descriptive analysis and multiple automatic content analysis, we examined 265 projects that have been funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) under the Smart and Connected Health (SCH) program. Our analysis discovered certain characteristics of these projects, including the distribution of the funds over years, the leading organizations in SCH, and the multidisciplinary nature of these projects. We also conducted content analysis on project titles and automatic analysis on the abstracts of the projects, including term frequency/word cloud analysis, clustering analysis, and topic modeling using Biterm method. Our analysis found that five main research areas were explored in these projects: system or platform development, modeling or algorithmic development for various purposes, designing smart health devices, clinical data collection and application, and education and academic activities of SCH. Together we obtained a comparatively fair understanding of these projects and demonstrated how different analytic approaches could complement each other. Future research will focus on the impact of these projects through an analysis of their publications and citations.

Purpose: This paper aims to examine the effect of domain knowledge on eye-tracking measures and predict readers’ domain knowledge from these measures in a navigational table of contents (N-TOC) system. Design/methodology/approach: A controlled experiment of three reading tasks was conducted in an N-TOC system for 24 postgraduates of Wuhan University. Data including fixation duration, fixation count and inter-scanning transitions were collected and calculated. Participants’ domain knowledge was measured by pre-experiment questionnaires. Logistic regression analysis was leveraged to build the prediction model and the model’s performance was evaluated based on baseline model. Findings: The results showed that novices spent significantly more time in fixating on text area than experts, because of the difficulty of understanding the information of text area. Total fixation duration on text area (TFD_T) was a significantly negative predictor of domain knowledge. The prediction performance of logistic regression model using eye-tracking measures was better than baseline model, with the accuracy, precision and F(β = 1) scores to be 0.71, 0.86, 0.79. Originality/value: Little research has been reported in literature on investigation of domain knowledge effect on eye-tracking measures during reading and prediction of domain knowledge based on eye-tracking measures. Most studies focus on multimedia learning. With respect to the prediction of domain knowledge, only some studies are found in the field of information search. This paper makes a good contribution to the literature on the effect of domain knowledge on eye-tracking measures during N-TOC reading and predicting domain knowledge. © 2018, Emerald Publishing Limited.

Based on the first-principles of density-functional theory (DFT), the effects of NO<inf>2</inf>, NO, and NH<inf>3</inf>adsorption on the change in geometric stability, adsorption properties, and electronic structures of B- or N-doped graphene are investigated. For NO/NO<inf>2</inf>-B/N-doped graphene systems, NO/NO<inf>2</inf>have more stability on B-doped graphenes than them on N-doped graphenes. The introduction of B atom can make the adsorption of NO/NO<inf>2</inf>on graphene much easier. The stable configuration of B-doped graphene is more likely to be gas sensor for detecting toxic gases such as NO<inf>2</inf>and NO. This makes it possible to use B-doped graphene as sensing materials for designing novel gas sensors. The interaction between NH<inf>3</inf>and B/N-doped graphene is rather weak. The results will provide a new direction for the adsorbed NO<inf>2</inf>, NO, and NH<inf>3</inf>on graphene by introducing B/N doping atoms into graphene. ©2017 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Purpose: Since researchers have utilized text signals to develop a mass of within-document visualization analysis tools for reading aid in a long document, there is an increasing need to study the relationship between readers’ behavior of using text signals for navigation and their reading performance in the tools. The purpose of this paper is to combine the text signals using behavior and reading performance in two kinds of analysis tools to verify their relationship and discover whether there is any efficient reading strategy when using text signals to navigate a long document. Design/methodology/approach: The methodology is a case study. The authors reviewed related literature first. After explaining the design ideas, interface and functions of THC-DAT and BOOKMARK, which are two reading tools utilizing two main kinds of text signals, one utilizing topics and the other utilizing headings for reading aid, a case study was presented to collect click data on the text signals of participants and their reading effectiveness (score) and efficiency (time). Findings: The results confirm that the text signals using behavior for navigation has a significant impact on reading efficiency and no impact on reading effectiveness in both BOOKMARK and THC-DAT. The discrete degree of clicks behavior on text signals has an impact on reading efficiency. The using behavior of different types of text signals has different impacts on reading efficiency. Research limitations/implications: Using text signals for navigation time evenly can help improve reading efficiency. And a basic strategy suggested to readers is focusing on reducing their time to find answers when using text signals for navigation in a long document. As to utilizing the two different kinds of text signals, readers can have different strategies. Accordingly, personalized recommendation based on interval of adjacent clicks will help to improve computer-aided reading tools. Originality/value: This paper combines the text signals using behavior for navigation and reading performance in two kinds of visual analysis tools, studied the relationship between them and discovers some efficient reading strategies when using text signals for navigation to read a long document. © 2017, Emerald Publishing Limited.
