N-取代苯甲酰基-N'-取代芳基硫脲的合成、晶体结构及生物活性

摘要:
为了寻找新的高活性农药, 利用工业易得的三氟羧草醚及其中间体为起始原料, 设计合成了9个未见报道的N-取代苯甲酰基-N'-取代芳基硫脲化合物, 结构经IR, ~1H NMR, 元素分析确认. X射线衍射测定了化合物4b的晶体结构, 结果表明: 其分子属于三斜晶系, 空间群P-1, a=0.51588(19) nm, b=1.0766(4) nm, c=2.0596(8) nm, α=81.113(6)°, β=89.702(6)°, γ=78.131(6)°, V=1.1056(7) nm~3, Dc=1.445 Mg/m~3, Z=2, F(000)=492, μ=0.319 mm~(-1). 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较好的除草活性.

摘要:
为了在大肠杆菌中表达大肠杆菌丙酮酸脱氢酶,用PCR法从大肠杆菌总DNA中克隆了pdc基因,将其插入载体pGEX-KG后转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3),在IPTG的诱导下实现了表达。通过对表达条件的优化,在TB+M9(1∶1)培养基中,33℃下使用终浓度0.5 g·L^-1的乳糖诱导4 h,重组大肠杆菌丙酮酸脱氢酶的表达量可占全菌蛋白的45%左右,比未优化前提高了约20%,同时大大降低了成本。

In the title compound, C23H14ClN3O 2S2·C6H5ClO, the mean plane of the thiazolopyrimidine fragment makes dihedral angles of 64.26 (11), 77.70 (10) and 49.70 (18)° with the two attached phenyl rings and the 4-chlorophenoxy fragment. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O - H⋯O and intramolecular C - H⋯N hydrogen bonds, as well as by weak π-π stacking interactions. © 2007 International Union of Crystallography. 摘要:
A series of new 2-substituted 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5,8,9- trimethylthieno[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 8 were synthesized via an aza-Wittig reaction. Phosphoranylideneamino derivatives 6a or 6b reacted with 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate to give carbodiimide derivatives 7a or 7b, respectively, which were further treated with amines or phenols to give compounds 8 in the presence of a catalytic amount of EtONa or K 2CO3. The structure of 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)-3-(4- chlorophenyl)-5,8,9-trimethylthieno[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d] pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (8j) was comfirmed by X-ray analysis. © 2007 Verlag Helvetica Chimica Acta AG.

In the title compound, C13H9ClN4OS, the mean plane of the oxadiazole ring makes a dihedral angle of 6.34 (13)° with the mean plane of the pyridine ring. The dihedral angle between the chloropyridine ring and the oxadiazole ring is 74.43 (12)°, and the dihedral angle between the chloropyridine ring and the pyridine ring is 69.78 (11)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by inter- and intra-molecular C - H⋯N hydrogen bonds. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

[2-(氟代苯氧)丙酰氧基]取代甲基膦酸二甲酯的合成与除草活性

摘要:
通过2种2-(氟代苯氧)丙酸(Ⅰ)转化为相应的酰氯,再通过酰氯分别与4种α-羟基膦酸酯(Ⅱ)的缩合反应,将含氟基团引入到α-氧代烃基膦酸酯的骨架中,合成了8个新的α-[2-(氟取代苯氧)丙酰氧基]烃基膦酸酯,收率为20%~71%。经^1H NMR、IR和MS测试技术对所有化合物进行了结构表征。初步的生物活性测试表明,部分化合物对单、双子叶植物根的生长具有优异的抑制作用。质量浓度分别为100和10 mg/L时,化合物Ⅲe~Ⅲh对油菜根和稗草根的生长抑制率均超过93%。

摘要:
对目前几种丙酮酸脱氢酶测活的方法进行了比较研究.结果表明,在测定丙酮酸脱氢酶活性时, 2,6-二氯吲哚酚法灵敏度较高,是一种经济有效的好方法,铁***法不论从反应时间和现象变化上看都是最差的.但2,6-二氯吲哚酚法不能用于测定丙酮酸脱氢酶复合体活性,这时用辅酶A法较好,其灵敏度也比较高.

摘要:
The thienopyridine derivative 2, obtained from reaction of acetoacetic ester with 1 in the presence of tin tetrachloride, was treated with triphenylphosphine in hexachloroethane and Et3N to give iminophosphorane 3. Iminophosphorane 3 reacted with phenyl isocyanate to give carbodiimide 4, which was further treated with phenols or ethenol to produce 2-substituted 5,8,9-trimethyl-3-phenyl-thieno[3′,2′-5,6]pyrido[4,3- d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 5 in presence of catalytic amount of K2CO 3 or EtONa. The structures of compounds 5 were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis.

摘要:
A series of substituted phenoxyacetoxyalkylphosphonates bearing fluorine were designed and synthesized. All the new compounds were identified by elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR and MS and were tested for herbicidal activity in greenhouse at a rate of 1.5 kg/ha. The results of preliminary bioassay showed that fluorine moiety introduced to the core structure could help to improve the herbicidal activity, and compounds with a 3-trifluoromethyl in benzene ring exhibited higher inhibitory activity.
