摘要：
BACKGROUND: Advanced intelligent methodologies could help detect and predict diseases from the EEG signals in cases the manual analysis is inefficient available, for instance, the epileptic seizures detection and prediction. This is because the diversity and the evolution of the epileptic seizures make it very difficult in detecting and identifying the undergoing disease. Fortunately, the determinism and nonlinearity in a time series could characterize the state changes. Literature review indicates that the Delay Vector Variance (DVV) could examine the nonlinearity to gain insight into the EEG signals but very limited work has been done to address the quantitative DVV approach. Hence, the outcomes of the quantitative DVV should be evaluated to detect the epileptic seizures. OBJECTIVE: To develop a new epileptic seizure detection method based on quantitative DVV. METHODS: This new epileptic seizure detection method employed an improved delay vector variance (IDVV) to extract the nonlinearity value as a distinct feature. Then a multi-kernel functions strategy was proposed in the extreme learning machine (ELM) network to provide precise disease detection and prediction. RESULTS: The nonlinearity is more sensitive than the energy and entropy. 87.5% overall accuracy of recognition and 75.0% overall accuracy of forecasting were achieved. CONCLUSIONS: The proposed IDVV and multi-kernel ELM based method was feasible and effective for epileptic EEG detection. Hence, the newly proposed method has importance for practical applications. © IOS Press and the authors. All rights reserved.

摘要：
The optical response of various geometrical metallic nanoshell with silica are investigated by CST Microwave Studio<sup>®</sup>simulation. Farfield optical properties such as extinction cross section and enhancement of electric field on different geometrical surface are presented. The positions of plasmon absorptions near shorter and longer wavelength are also altered as changing the dimension parameters. Distorted irregular shapes NPs enormously enhance electric field as compared to regular NPs. Some particular simulation result is also compared to previously published work done by the method of Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) and Mie Theory. Assembles of NPs with different geometry size and shape are helpful in modeling multiple detected nano-antenna within optical frequency range. ©2015 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.

摘要：
针对目前库房安全中存在的实时性差、处理速度慢、传输距离短、设备成本高和不能组成监控网络等问题,设计了一种基于STM32F103ZET6微处理器的远程安全控制系统。STM32单片机获取现场的温湿度、二氧化碳、臭氧和烟雾等工作数据后通过Internet主动连接远程Web服务器并上传数据,在远端通过互联网访问Web服务器可以获取现场数据并对库房进行远程可靠控制。当发生火灾或者库房安全指数（温湿度等）不正常时,单片机向Web服务器发出警报,服务器会将警报转发给客户（网页或者手机APP）,并自动开启灭火设备和其他设备控制库房环境。最后经过实地测试,系统能正确、实时地采集到各个工作数据并能有效控制库房环境,充分证明了系统的可行性和稳定性。

摘要：
In this paper, we propose an interactive multiclass color-texture image segmentation method. A new feature descriptor is designed by using the covariance matrices of coordinates, color with compact texture information and then integrated into random walks method to obtain the segmentation result. In this paper, we use multiscale nonlinear structure tensor (MSNST) to describe the texture feature of an image. Since the MSNST matrices set have different feature structures from color and coordinate vector, they cannot be used to construct covariance matrices directly. To address this problem and obtain the compact texture information simultaneously, we use the Isometric Mapping (Isomap) dimensionality reduction techniques for each scale of MSNST in tensor space. Experiments using synthesis texture images and real natural scene images demonstrate the superior performance of our proposed method. ©Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014.

摘要：
Based on Auger scattering mechanism, carrier-carrier scattering dynamics between the two-dimensional carrier reservoir (also called wetting layer, i.e., WL) and the confined quantum dot ground and first excited state in quantum-dot semiconductor optical amplifiers (QD-SOAs) are investigated theoretically in this paper. The scattering rates for independent electron and hole densities are calculated. The results show an ultra-fast carrier capture (relaxation) rate up to 1 ps−1, and there is a complex dependence of the Coulomb scattering rates on the WL electron and hole densities. In addition, due to the different effective mass and the level distribution, the scattering rates for electron and hole are very different. Finally, in order to provide a direction to control (increase or decrease) the input current in realistic QD-SOA systems, a simple method is proposed to determine the trends of the carrier recovery rates with the WL carrier densities in the vicinity of the steady-state.

摘要：
We propose a different type of asymmetric photonic crystal waveguide to achieve slow light with improved normalized delay-bandwidth product and low group velocity dispersion. The lateral symmetry of the proposed waveguide is broken by periodically shifting the two rows of air holes adjacent to the line defect. Under two simple different procedures of shifting air holes, the group indices of 41, 50, 68, and 114 with bandwidths over 14.9, 11, 7.8, and 4.7 nm, and the group indices of 43, 54, 73, and 124 with bandwidths over 13.9, 10.4, 7.1, and 4.3 nm around 1550 nm are obtained, respectively. Low-dispersion slow light propagation is confirmed by studying the relative temporal pulse-width spreading with the two-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method. 摘要：
In this paper, a novel automatic image segmentation method is proposed. To extract the foreground of the image automatically, we combine the region saliency based on entropy rate superpixel (RSBERS) with the affinity propagation clustering algorithm to get seeds in an unsupervised manner, and use random walks method to obtain the segmentation results. The RSBERS first applies entropy rate superpixel segmentation method to split the image into compact, homogeneous and similar-sized regions, and gets the saliency map by applying saliency estimation methods in each superpixel regions. Then, in each saliency region, we apply the affinity propagation clustering to extract the representative pixels and obtain the seeds. A relabeling strategy is presented to ensure the extracted seeds inside the expected object. Additionally, in order to enhance the effects of segmentation, a new feature descriptor is designed using the covariance matrices of coordinates, color and texture information. Experiments on publicly available data sets demonstrate the excellent segmentation performance of our proposed method.

摘要：
Aspect mining improves the modularity of legacy software systems through identifying their underlying crosscutting concerns (CCs). However, a realistic CC is a composite one that consists of CC seeds and relative program elements, which makes it a great challenge to identify a composite CC. In this paper, inspired by the state-of-the-art information retrieval techniques, we model this problem as a semi-supervised learning problem. First, the link analysis technique is adopted to generate CC seeds. Second, we construct a coupling graph, which indicates the relationship between CC seeds. Then, we adopt community detection technique to generate groups of CC seeds as constraints for semi-supervised learning, which can guide the clustering process. Furthermore, we propose a semi-supervised graph clustering approach named constrained authority-shift clustering to identify composite CCs. Two measurements, namely, similarity and connectivity, are defined and seeded graph is generated for clustering program elements. We evaluate constrained authority-shift clustering on numerous software systems including large-scale distributed software system. The experimental results demonstrate that our semi-supervised learning is more effective in detecting composite CCs. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

认知MIMO频谱共享系统中基于感知的预编码优化

摘要：
提出了一种基于时域频谱感知的空域频谱共享策略:先对主用户频谱进行时域感知,如果主用户不存在则立刻进行认知通信,否则根据感知结果调整波束方向和发射功率,以尽量减小对主用户的干扰。具体地,以预编码矩阵为优化参数,最小化次用户均方误差为优化目标,在对主用户的干扰功率约束下,得到了最优的预编码策略。此外,还分别研究了硬判决和软判决对预编码优化的影响。仿真结果表明,基于感知的频谱共享获得的符号均方误差小于传统的频谱共享策略;而基于软判决的频谱共享策略优于基于硬判决的策略。

摘要：
Software architecture recovery is to gain the architectural level understanding of a software system while its architecture description does not exist. In recent years, researchers have adopted various software clustering techniques to detect hierarchical structure of software systems. Most graph clustering techniques focus on the connectivity between program elements, but unreasonably ignore the similarity which is also a key measure for finding elements of one module. In this paper we propose a novel hierarchy graph clustering algorithm DGHC, which considers both similarity and connectivity between program elements. During the transformation of program dependence graph edges representing similarity between elements are added. Then similar elements are grouped by density-based approaches. The alternative strategy is adopted to find groups of closely connected and similar elements. Meanwhile we adjust the contribution of connectivity and similarity by a flexible clustering algorithm based on short random walk model, which can obtain more structure information of software to find its multiple layers. Furthermore a new method called Multi-layer Propagation Gap is proposed to suggest stable layers of hierarchy clustering result as multiple layers of software system. Extensive experimental results illustrate the effectiveness and efficiency of DGHC in detecting hierarchy structure of software through comparison with various software clustering methods.

主要介绍了基于K型热电偶和ADS1248的多路温度采集系统,在该系统中,温度信号经热电偶感应转化为模拟电压信号,该模拟电压信号经ADS1248模数转换器转换后送入STM32F103VET6控制器进行处理,通过USB接口与PC机进行通讯,将温度值显示在PC机上;也可将该设备挂接在CAN网络中,将温度值通过CAN总线发送出去。该系统具有测量原理简单,精度高,成本低,使用方便等特点,可用于火电,冶金,化工,机械制造等多种自动化场合。

摘要：
文中基于对微处理器S3C2440A的显示控制模块和高性能视频D/A芯片ADV7120的研究,提出了一种便携式视频展示台的设计方案。本方案采用130万像素的OV9650摄像头采集实物、文档、图片或者过程的图像数据,利用S3C2440自带的LCD控制器来产生符合VGA显示要求的时序逻辑,ADV7120将数字RGB信号转换成VGA显示需要的模拟彩色信号。通过TFT-LCD扫描显示的时序与VGA扫描显示时序的匹配来驱动VGA显示。测试结果表明,方案切实可行,达到正常显示色彩信息的要求。

摘要：
针对人脸识别中传统的Gabor小波方法存在特征维数高、识别时间长、存储开销大的缺点,提出了一种结合奇异值分解和Gabor小波的改进方法.首先通过Gabor小波变换对人脸图像滤波得到特征图像,然后对训练集的特征图像进行奇异值分解获取基空间,将人脸图像投影到统一的基空间提取奇异值特征,再选择一定数量的奇异值构成人脸鉴别矢量,最后采用最近邻分类器进行识别.在ORL人脸库上的实验结果表明,该方法在识别性能上优于单一的Gabor小波方法.

摘要：
Ultrafast-photonic logic circuits are crucial elements to perform ultrafast-optical signal processing functions in the next-generation ultra-high-speed networks. A 160 Gbit/s all-optical data distributor based on cross-phase modulation in a single highly nonlinear fiber is investigated and demonstrated. The numerical calculation is conducted, and the result shows that the data distributor can be realized in 160 Gbit/s for the data signals of return-to-zero format with logical correctness and high quality. To evaluate the performance of the scheme, the Q-factor of the output signal on signal wavelength, the peak power of signals, the initial delay, and the filter position are calculated and discussed, respectively. The proposed data distributor is suitable for ultrafast applications for the emerging all-optical networks. (C) 2013 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE)

主要设计了基于铂电阻和ADS1248的多路温度采集系统。在该系统中，铂电阻阻值随着温度改变而发生变化，通过ADS1248提供的恒流源转换成模拟电压信号，该模拟电压信号经ADS1248模数转换器转换后送人STM32F103VET6控制器进行处理，通过USB接口与PC机进行通讯，将温度值显示在PC机软件上；也可将该设备挂接在CAN网络中，将温度值通过CAN总线发送出去。系统采用三线制连接法，并对温度曲线斜率进行非线性补偿，具有测量原理简单、精度高、成本低、使用方便等特点，非常适合工业应用。

摘要：
It is proposed and demonstrated a design of 2-to-1 photonic data selector based on the cross-phase modulation in a highly nonlinear fiber. By using bidirectional configuration, this scheme has potentially advantages of cost effective and simple structure. The correct output logic function is obtained at 40 Gbit/s without using any additional input light beams. In addition, the output signals have a single spectrum component by reasonable selecting input signals wavelength, which is important for transmission and scalability. The dependences of performances on signal wavelength, pump power, the temporal relative position of pulses, as well as the OSNR and chirp of input signals are calculated and discussed respectively, showing impressive operation performance. This scheme could be a promising candidate for future ultrafast all-optical signal processing applications. ©2012 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

主要介绍了教室门禁系统各个模块的设计与实现。读写器硬件部分采用51单片机系列的STC11F32XE作为主控芯片,射频模块采用性价比较高的MFRC522芯片。软件部分重点阐述了射频识别通信底层驱动的实现,并在此基础上将卡片的操作以函数形式封装,以供用户调用。该系统设计开发的完成,为教室资源管理提供了便捷,并为校园一卡通的实现奠定了基础。

摘要：
The transmission properties of polycrystalline transparent ceramics are influenced by the chemical composition and the microstructure of the material. The fundamental optical mechanism of transparent ceramics and the influencing factors on transmission properties were discussed in this paper. The Mie theory for light scattering is applied to calculate scattering coefficients of residual pores and optical birefringence. The in-line transmission curves of the transparent alumina were calculated as a function of pore size, porosity and grain size. The results show that scattering by the residual pores is the dominant influencing factors on transmission properties. The scattering by the residual pores increases with an increase in porosity and the maximum of the scattering was observed when the pore size close to the optical wavelength. Optical birefringence in the transparent ceramics with non-cubic crystal structure has an important effect on the in-line transmission. The in-line transmission increases with a decrease in grain size. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.<br/>
