摘要:
Cooperative spectrum sensing is a fast and effective approach to improve sensing performance in cognitive radio networks. However, in order to reduce the bandwidth demands of cooperation, censoring is needed. In this paper, we propose a Two-Round Cooperation based Spectrum Sensing algorithm (TRCSS) according to local three-threshold decision results. More specifically, after the first round censoring failed, cognitive users begin to report the second local decision bits to fusion center to proceed the second round cooperation, thus sensing failure is eliminated. Furthermore, integrating uncertainty of noise variance, we propose a simple method to set local decision threshold values. Numerical results show that TRCSS algorithm does not significantly increase the number of sensing bits, especially with much cooperative users. In addition, the complementary ROC curves demonstrate that the TRCSS algorithm is superior to the conventional double-threshold sensing methods in performance.

Recently, with development of computer technology, the application field of near-infrared image processing becomes much wider. In this paper the technical characteristic and development of modern NIR imaging and NIR spectroscopy analysis were introduced. It is concluded application and studying of the NIR imaging processing technique in the agricultural engineering in recent years, base on the application principle and developing characteristic of near-infrared image. The NIR imaging would be very useful in the nondestructive external and internal quality inspecting of agricultural products. It is important to detect stored-grain insects by the application of near-infrared spectroscopy. Computer vision detection base on the NIR imaging would be help to manage food logistics. Application of NIR imaging promoted quality management of agricultural products. In the further application research fields of NIR image in the agricultural engineering, Some advices and prospect were put forward.

This paper compared the existing digital television advertisements splicing technologies, such as the hard-cutting splicing method and the digital programming insertion splicing method, and then applied the digital programming insertion technology into the IPTV system. Using the improved hard-cutting method combined with the virtual channel business, a practical solution for advertising insertion in the IPTV system was presented in this paper. In order to improve the splicing effciency during the different transport stream, this paper analyzed how to deal with the format of these streams and how to choose the suitable splicing points. This kind of splicing solution was able to read the advertising list well, respond to the operation of splicing switch during live TV broadcasting immediately, and the splicing dffect was smooth without mosaic or halt. The experimental results prove that this solution was feasible and effective.

Optical transmission is getting more popular in the access network due to the increasing demand for bandwidth. Gigabit-capable passive optical network (GPON) is the basic technology to support the structure of the next-generation fiber to the home (FTTH) system. This paper analyzed GPON protocols and network configuration, the information about dynamic bandwidth allocation (DBA) in GPON protocols, a new DBA algorithm based on the all the transmission containers (T- CONT) was proposed, elaborated the specific algorithm for improved scheme, and builds the GPON model for this algorithm and test its performance. The simulation results show this algorithm can satisfy the full service quality of service (QoS) requirements of GPON.

Primary user detection is the key enabling technology in cognitive radio. In this paper, a spectral entropy based detection method is proposed. More specifically, when primary user is active, the received signal of secondary user will have less spectral complexity than other times, which is measured by spectral entropy. The presence of primary user can be examined by comparing the estimated spectral entropy of signal to a threshold. Simulation results show that the proposed detection algorithm can achieve good performance in very low SNR environments. Moreover it dose not need any prior knowledge of primary signal and noise energy level.

Multimedia technology and networks protocol are the basic technology of the video surveillance system. A network remote video surveillance system based on MPEG-4 video coding standards is designed and implemented in this paper. The advantages of the MPEG-4 are analyzed in detail in the surveillance field, and then the real-time protocol and real-time control protocol (RTP/RTCP) are chosen as the networks transmission protocol. The whole system includes video coding control module, playing back module, network transmission module and network receiver module The scheme of management, control and storage about video data are discussed. The DirectShow technology is used to playback video data. The transmission scheme of digital video processing in networks, RTP packaging of MPEG-4 video stream is discussed. The receiver scheme of video date and mechanism of buffer are discussed. The most of the functions are archived by software, except that the video coding control module is achieved by hardware. The experiment results show that it provides good video quality and has the real-time performance. This system can be applied into wide fields.
