摘要:
Image retrieval is a hot technology in the field of computer technology nowdays. this paperpresents a novel image retrieval algorithm which is mainly used to solve problems for image retrieval in large image database. Firstly, preprocess the sample images, abstract the color histogram information of the partial image block and then calculate the sum of information. Extract several images and calculate their color histogram information as the first step. Calculate the Euclidean Distance of the color histogram information between sample image and each image in the database. Then search the similar images with PSO (particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm), If the search results are satisfactory, output the images, otherwise re-initialize the particle swarm and continue to search until you get the results that you are pleased with and at last output the images.

Knowledge Network is a type of social networks. We can get more in-depth understanding about the nature of knowledge-sharing activities by using Knowledge Network Analysis Method, and also clarify the relationship among the participating elements of knowledge-sharing activities and the network knowledge resources. Based on the research of knowledge network theory, our paper gives a discussion on mechanism of the Knowledge Network, finally takes virtual academic team as an example to analyze the composition of the Knowledge Network.

The land use structure changes during 2000-2005 in agricultural landscape in Jianghan Plain are described, using following indices: landscape percentage (%LAND), patch density (PD), mean patch size (MPS), total edge length (TE), mean shape index (MSI) and landscape shape index (LSI). The spatial land use data was from land use database of CAS. Through interpreting Landsat TM images of 2000 and 2005 respectively, the land use change data was extracted to describe the overall agricultural landscape structure changes during 2000-2005 by spatial analysis with Supermap platform. The results show that arable land, woodland and unused land have decreased while the grassland, water areas and construction land have increased. The noticeable changes are the decreased arable land and the increase in lakes, reservoirs and ponds. Amongst the landscape indices are the increases in MPS and MSI and the decreases in PD, TE and LSI. The indices suggest that the agricultural landscape in the study area becomes less fragmental and heterogeneous resulting from intensification of agriculture and agricultural mechanization. The study shows that the changes in the agricultural landscape pattern are caused not only by urbanization but also by the governmental policies, such as the conversion of farmland to lakes, agricultural restructuring and land development and arrangement.

We present an novel watermark scheme of adaptively selecting embedding positions of watermark. In this scheme, we have exploited the capabilities of Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN) approaches for nonlinearly classification the embedding positions. Fuzzy set theory is adopted in a new neural computing algorithm. It has been proved that the novel scheme gets rid of the slow training speed and network parameter sensibility. It is well suited to select embedding positions tasks. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme has good imperceptibility and high robustness to common image processing operators.

We present a novel graph ranking model to extract a diverse set of answers for complex questions via random walks over a negative-edge graph. We assign a negative sign to edge weights in an answer graph to model the redundancy relation among the answer nodes. Negative edges can be thought of as the propagation of negative endorsements or disapprovals which is used to penalize factual redundancy. As the ranking proceeds, the initial score of the answer node, given by its relevancy to the specific question, will be adjusted according to a long-term negative endorsement from other answer nodes. We empirically evaluate the effectiveness of our method by conducting a comprehensive experiment on two distinct complex question answering data sets.

Professor Hirsch put forward the H Index in 2005, and since then the index caused a comparatively great echo at home and aboard.It can not only be used in the evaluation of academic performance of individuals or groups, but also be applied to the research on evaluation of the influence of academic journal and patent information.The paper aims at discussing the H Index, and analyzing factors that influence the academic achievement of scientific researchers. Lastly, the paper presents several correction methods and measures.The study is very valuable for the accurate application of H Index in China.

Based on Conesa del Valle et al (2008 Phys. Lett. B 663 202), we present the results for the nuclear modification factors Raa and RCp of the high transverse momentum ( 5 < pt < 60 GeV/c ) distribution of muons in Pb-Pb collisions at LHC energies, in which two pseudo-rapidity ranges covered by the LHC experiments, |η| < 2.5 and 2.5 < η < 4, are investigated. Heavy-quark energy loss is taken into account by mass-dependent BDMPS quenching weights. Muons from semi-leptonic decays of heavy quarks (c and b) and from leptonic decays of weak gauge bosons (W and Z) are the main contributions to the muon pt distribution above a few GeV/c. The muons from W and Z, that dominates the high px, can be used as a medium-blind reference to observe the medium-induced suppression of beauty quarks.

In this paper, we present the centrality, transverse momentum region and rapidity window size dependence of charged particle fluctuation from Relativistic Quantum Molecular Dynamics (RQMD) model. D_Q, г_Q and Φ_Q all depend on the rapidity windows we chosen. V_(+-, dyn) is a promising observable in experiments, it weakly depends on the acceptance. The beam energy dependence of v_(+-, dyn) has been studied to present baseline prediction for net charge fluctuations in experiments
