摘要:
Development of high conductivity and amorphous structure is at great significance in electrochemical storage applications. Two-dimensional nanosheet array has a large surface area and abundant active sites, showing great potential in the field of energy storage. Among many materials, Co-based oxides or hydroxides have high theoretical specific capacity and are widely used as electrode materials for hybrid supercapacitors, but low electrical conductivity inhibits their development. Here, Co(OH)2 nanosheet arrays are randomly transformed into CoTe, metallic Co, and CoO composite (CoTe/Co/CoO) during the hydrothermal process. The CoTe/Co/CoO nanosheets have abundant grain boundaries due to the multi-component effect. Thanks to the high elasticity of amorphous CoO, and the high conductivity of CoTe and Co, CoTe/Co/CoO composite nanosheet arrays exhibit excellent electrochemical performance, such as high capacity (501 C g(-1) at 5 mA cm(-2)) and excellent cycle stability (95.2% capacity retention after 4000 cycles). Moreover, asymmetric supercapacitors are assembled with CoTe/Co/CoO as positive electrode and activated carbon as negative electrode, the developed device delivers a maximum energy density of 35.29 Wh Kg(-1) with superb cycling stability.

Voice behavior is important for innovation, mistake prevention and organizational performance. Because organizational trust increases employees' possibility of disclosing their real inner ideas, we examined the relationships between organizational trust and voice behavior, focusing especially on the avenue of impelling people to feel a higher level of authenticity. We used multiple methods to analyze the relationship. First, we used two separate surveys (Studies 1a and 1b) with different questionnaires and populations to analyze the mediation relationship and generalize the results. Then, to test the causal path, an experiment (Study 2a) in which organizational trust was manipulated was designed. The results showed that employees' authenticity mediated the relation between organizational trust and voice behavior. To further test the causal effect of authenticity in the above mediation, authenticity was manipulated in another experiment (Study 2b). The results illustrated that higher levels of authenticity directly led to higher levels of voice behavior. These results support the hypothesis and expound on the psychological mechanism of how organizational trust increases voice behavior. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

摘要:
Cooperative problem solving (CPS) is an essential ability in people's daily life. When individuals with different problem-solvers' characteristics (orientation and style) are assigned to different group sizes to solve social tasks, what are the differences in the performance of CPS ability? Based on this, through online experimental tasks, the present study examined the effect of problem-solving orientation and style on CPS ability in online social tasks. Meanwhile, it explored the role of group sizes as an environmental variable. The results showed that the more positive the problem-solving orientation, the better the performance of individual CPS ability. In addition, the more rational the problem-solving styles and the larger the group sizes, the higher the scores of participants' CPS ability. This study provides a new theoretical perspective for the complex relationship between the characteristics of problem solvers and CPS ability, and also provides empirical support for the cultivation of the CPS ability of adolescents.

Internet gaming disorder (IGD) has become a worldwide public health issue and the risk factors and specific mechanisms of its development have been a recent research focus. To explore the association between avatar identification and IGD among middle school students, the present study tested the mediating roles of flow and self-concept clarity within the relationship. Survey research was conducted among 730 Chinese middle school students (399 male and 331 female), aged between 12 and 19 years (M-age = 15.315; SD = 1.801), who had online gaming (including avatar) experience. The results indicated that avatar identification, flow, self-concept clarity, and IGD were significantly interrelated. Avatar identification could indirectly affect IGD through flow, self-concept clarity, and the serial mediation of flow-self-concept clarity. These findings provide implications for understanding the psychological processes by which avatar identification exerts influences on IGD and suggest possible approaches for IGD prevention and intervention among middle school students.

Previous studies demonstrated that psychological detachment from work can impact employees' work and family lives. Based on conservation of resources theory and social role theory, the present study examined the process through which working parents' psychological detachment from work influences their children's perception of neglectful parenting (emotional warmth and rejection). Specifically, we examined the mediating role of parents' fatigue and the moderating role of parent gender in this process. Data were collected from working parents (n=371) and their children in junior high school (n=371, 10-13 years old) at two time points with a three-month interval. Our results showed that working parents' psychological detachment from work at Time 1 significantly predicted children's perception of parent emotional warmth and rejection at Time 2, and parents' fatigue at Time 2 mediated this relationship. Besides, parent gender moderated this mediated process such that the positive indirect effect of parent psychological detachment from work on emotional warmth via fatigue was stronger for working mothers than for working fathers. These findings contribute to the limited research on the effects of psychological detachment from work on family members and highlight the importance of parent gender in children's perceptions of working parents' behaviours.

Video game addiction, a common behavioral problem among college students, has been more prominent during the COVID-19 pandemic; at the same time, females' video game usage has also attracted considerable research attention. Against this background and under the perspective of social interaction, this study aimed to examine the relationship between relational victimization and video game addiction among female college students, as well as its underlying mechanism-the mediating roles of social anxiety and parasocial relationships with virtual characters. Female college students (N = 437) were recruited to complete a set of questionnaires voluntarily in June 2022. Through the mediating effect analysis, the results found that (1) relational victimization was positively associated with female college students' video game addiction; (2) social anxiety and parasocial relationships with virtual characters could independently mediate this relation; (3) social anxiety and parasocial relationships with virtual characters were also the serial mediators in this association. These findings not only expand previous studies by revealing the social motivation of video game usage and the underlying mechanism accounting for video game addiction, but also provide basis and guidance for the prevention and intervention of video game addiction in the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Internet gaming disorder (IGD) has been classified by the DSM-5 as a condition for further study, and many studies have shown that the occurrence and maintenance of IGD and the automatic detection bias to gaming cues of individuals with IGD may be significantly related. However, whether abstinence, a common intervention method in behavioral addiction, can adjust the automatic detection bias in individuals with IGD and its underlying neural mechanisms is unclear. In this study, we investigated the effects of 7 days of abstinence from gaming on automatic detection bias, negative affect and craving in individuals with IGD with event-related potential technology. A total of 50 IGD subjects were recruited in this study and randomly divided into abstinence and control groups. Visual mismatch negativity (vMMN) was induced using a standard-deviant reversed oddball paradigm, and differences in automatic detection bias, negative affect, and craving between the two groups were recorded and compared at baseline, day 3, and day 7. The results showed that compared with baseline, vMMN, negative affect and craving were significantly enhanced on day 3 and significantly diminished on day 7 in the abstinence group but not in the control group, and the changes in vMMN were significantly correlated with changes in negative affect and craving in both groups. This study demonstrates that abstinence can restore automatic detection bias in individuals with IGD and that abstinence has to last for 7 days to have a significant effect, while recovery may be related to the negative affect and craving.
