摘要:
设计并合成了两个不同烷氧基增溶的结构新颖的含氟聚苯撑乙烯Pa,Pb和共聚物Pc.通过核磁共振和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,通过热重分析、凝胶色谱测定了其热分解温度和分子量及分布;紫外-可见吸收光谱仪和荧光分光光度计测得其吸收发射光谱.测量发现热失重曲线拐点温度超过400 ℃.由2-乙基己基增溶的Pa和Pc具有优异的溶解性,固态荧光发射波长分别为499和585 nm,相应比PPV和MEH-PPV稍有蓝移.应用旋转涂膜的方法制作Pa和Pc的双层器件(ITO/PEDOT/Polymer/Ba/Al),电致发光波长分别为494和604 nm,器件均具有较低的启动电压(4 V左右),分别在24和15 V时达到最大亮度598和203 cd·m~(-2),而此时电流密度分别为100和80 mA·cm~(-2).

摘要:
Optically active alpha-substituted phenyloxyacetyloxy and aroyloxy phosphonates have been synthesized via catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of the corresponding prochiral alpha,beta-unsaturated phosphonates using Rh(I)/(R,R)-Me-DuPhos as the catalyst in methanol at 18 degrees C. The asymmetric hydrogenation reaction exhibits excellent enantioselectivity with enantiomeric excesses from 91 to 96%. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The use of an equimolar amount of pyrrolidine and HClO4 (30 mol%) was found to be effective in promoting the conjugate addition of indoles to (E)-alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones, affording the corresponding beta-indolyl ketones in excellent yields.

摘要:
Permethrin is popularly used in a variety of therapeutic areas. However, the poor water solubility of permethrin seriously limits its wider clinical applications. The present study demonstrates that solubility of permethrin in aqueous solution can considerably increase in the presence of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). Extensive experimental data along with computational modeling reveal the formation of stable permethrin/β-CD inclusion complexes, including permethrin(β-CD) and permethrin(β-CD) <inf>2</inf>, through hydrophobic binding. Both permethrin(β-CD) and permethrin(β-CD)<inf>2</inf> complexes coexisted in aqueous solution, and the ratio of the concentration of permethrin(β-CD) complex to that of permethrin(β-CD)<inf>2</inf> complex was dependent on the concentration of β-CD. The complexation of permethrin with β-CD significantly improved the bioavailability of permethrin and, therefore, increased the bioactivity. The significant increase of the bioactivity of permethrin in the presence of β-CD provides an effective approach to improve the practical use of permethrin in public health and agriculture. ©2006 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
Molecular dynamics simulations along with scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) imaging demonstrate the formation of a novel type of nanorods, with a stable [permethrin(β-CD)<inf>2</inf>]<inf>n</inf> structure in which the host:guest ratio is 2:1 and n=21-27 giving a length of ∼30.0-38.5 nm and an average diameter of ∼1.5 nm, self-assembled from an inclusion complex composed of permethrin and biocompatible β-cyclodextrin. ©2006 American Institute of Physics.

摘要:
The title complex, [CaZn(C<inf>3</inf>H<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>) <inf>2</inf>(H<inf>2</inf>O)<inf>4</inf>]<inf>n</inf>, is a two-dimensional polymer and consists of CaO<inf>8</inf> and ZnO<inf>6</inf> polyhedra linked together by malonate ligands. The Ca<sup>II</sup> cation, lying on a twofold axis, is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Zn<sup>II</sup> cation, which lies on an inversion center in an octahedral environment, is coordinated by four malonate O atoms in an equatorial arrangement and two water molecules in axial positions. The Zn - O and Ca - O bond lengths are in the ranges 2.0445(12)-2.1346(16) and 2.3831(13)-2.6630(13), respectively. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, the shortest Zn&mellip;Zn distance being 6.8172(8). The whole three-dimensional structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds. ©2006 International Union of Crystallography.

摘要:
A series of nickel complexes with β-ketoamine ligands based on pyrazolone derivatives were synthesized by condensing pyrazolone with aniline, 2-chloroaniline or naphthylamine and then reacting the produced β-ketoamine with nickel halide. The solid-state structures of these three complexes were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The bis(β-ketoamine)nickel complexes are all air-stable and can act as highly active catalyst precursors for styrene polymerization with activation of methylaluminoxane under mild reaction conditions. The activity of the catalyst for styrene polymerization is as high as 2.10 × 105 g polymer/mol Ni h. Both steric and electronic effects were found to be important and influential for catalytic activity. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

摘要:
A series of nickel complexes with β-ketoiminato ligands based on pyrazolone derivative were synthesized and characterized, which are highly active catalyst precursors for norbornene polymerization under mild reaction conditions through a vinyl-type polymerization mechanism. The catalytic activity could be up to 3.38 × 107 g polymer/mol Ni h. The molecular weight distributions of the polynorbornenes (Mw/M n = 2.05-2.56) indicate the presence of a single active species in the polymerization process. © 2005 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
以CuBr为催化剂,NMP为溶剂,在110℃下,3-溴噻吩与过量的甲醇钠反应2.5h生成3.甲氧基噻吩,产率为82%。再以无水NaHSO4为催化剂,在108—115℃下,3-甲氧基噻吩分别与异丁醇、异戊醇、异辛醇发生取代反应合成了3-(2-甲基丙氧基)噻吩、3-(3-甲基丁氧基)噻吩、3-(2-乙基己氧基)噻吩,反应时间分别为:3.3.5、4h,收率分别为72%、67%、63%。这些化合物结构都通过IR、^1HNMR和MS进行了表征,并对其进行了初步香味评价,结果表明,它们都具有基本肉香味的特征。

摘要:
A method for determination of L-dopa by the adsorption stripping voltammetry (ASV) using a multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)-Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode (GMGCE) was proposed. This chemically modified electrode (CME) shows a better stability. A sensitive oxidation peak was observed and the anodic peak potential is ca. 0.374V (vs. SCE). The influences of various experimental parameters on the current peak were completely studied. Under the optimized condition, the method has been applied to the determination of L-dopa in samples. There is a good linear relationship between the peak current (i p) and L-dopa concentration in the range of 3.5 × 10 -7 ∼ 1.5 × 10-5 mol/L, with the limit of detection 5.0 × 10-8 mol/L. 在酸性介质中,对-蔷薇苯胺(品红)的亚硝酸盐溶液.在弱碱性条件下与8-羟基喹啉偶合生成偶氮化舍物。此偶氮化合物在-0.70v(vs.SCE)下具有非常灵敏的极谱波。峰高与5×10^-9 -5×10^-7g/mL浓度的亚硝酸盐成线性关系,检测限为3×10^-9g/mL。本文还讨论了这种极谱波的电化学特性。本方法用于测定香肠中的亚硝酸盐,测定的结果与分光光度测定法得到的结果一致。

摘要:
A new method, which involves dynamic liquid-phase microextraction followed by HPLC with variable wavelength detection, was developed to determine phoxim in water samples. Experimental parameters affecting the extraction efficiency, such as extraction solvent, solvent volume, sampling volume, dwell time, number of samplings, and salt concentration were investigated. Under the optimal extraction conditions, phoxim was found to yield a good linear calibration curve in the concentration range from 0.01 to 10 μg/mL. The LOD is 2 ng/mL, and RSD at the 100 ng/ mL levels is 8.9%. Lake water and tap water samples were successfully analyzed using the proposed method. ©2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH &Co. KGaA, Weinheim.

In this article, a series of mathematical and physical models for the adsorption of biomacromolecules are established. As shown, the adsorption of biomacromolecules is actually considerably complicated and often involves various interactions, such as electrostatic, hydrophobic, and hydrogen-bonding, etc. Considering this, these models show that if these interactions are heavily involved in the process, the plot of ln Q (or Q) vs ln C* is normally expected to be a straight-line. Otherwise, if the linearity exists between C*/Q vs C*, the adsorption would be an ideal process without the intervention of them. Meanwhile, this article also presents corresponding relationships for the adsorption in multisited binding and multilayer forms. 摘要:
To investigate the influence of a fluorine moiety on the biological activity of phenoxyacetoxyalkylphosphonates, a series of fluorine-containing phenoxyacetoxyalkylphosphonates were synthesized and screened for herbicidal activity in a greenhouse. The majority of the title compounds showed better preemergence activity than postemergence activity against the test plants, especially on monocotyledon. Compound 5l exhibited notable activity. Results showed that by introducing a fluorine moiety to the parent structure of phenoxyacetoxyalkylphosphonates, a series of new compounds with satisfactory herbicidal activity could be synthesized. A reasonable combination of a fluorine moiety and other substituents on the benzene ring had a great influence on the herbicidal activity.

摘要:
The degradation of imazapyr in four soils was investigated under laboratory aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Under aerobic conditions, imazapyr degraded faster in yellow-red soil than in other soils, and its persistence decreased depending on soil pH in the order coastal soil (pH 8.8) >silt-loamy paddy soil (pH 7.9) >fluvio-marine yellow loamy soil (pH 7.1) >Yellow-red soil (pH 5.3). However, soil pH did not affect imazapyr degradation under anaerobic conditions. The half-lives of imazapyr in soils under aerobic conditions were in the range of 26-44 days estimated by the first-order kinetics model, while 3-10 days calculated by two-stage model under anaerobic conditions. The preceding results demonstrated that anaerobic conditions contributed to imazapyr disappearance in soils. Based on the spectral data of APCI-MS, <sup>1</sup>H NMR and IR, structures of the following metabolites: 2,3-pyridinedicarboxamide, 2,3-pyridinedicarboxylic anhydride and 2,3-pyridinedicarboximide for aerobic treatments;2,3-pyridinedicarboxylic anhydride and 2-(4-hydroxy-5-oxo-2- imdazolin-2-yl) nicotinic acid for anaerobic treatments, were identified. 摘要:
以正硅酸乙酯、金属镁、溴代正丁烷为原料,碘为引发剂,采用格氏试剂法一步合成了正丁基三乙氧基硅烷,并用IR和NMR进行了表征.最佳反应条件为:温度155 ℃,反应物的量之比n(Mg):n(TEOS):n(C4H9Br)为1:1.2:1,反应时间3 h.

摘要:
The title compound, C10H11Cl2NO 2, consists of a benzene core functionalized by one nitro group, two methyl groups, and two chloromethyl groups. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular C-H⋯O non-classical hydrogen bonds and weak C-H⋯Cl interactions. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography All rights reserved.

摘要:
通过2-氨基-5-(1-邻氯苯氧乙基)-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基异氰酸酯反应,合成了13种新的芳酰基脲.采用红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱和元素分析测试技术确证了结构.初步的生物活性测定试验表明,目标化合物具有良好的生长素活性,其中化合物2c、2d和2h的促进率分别为30.1%、32.5%和29.9%.
